Ok I have dabbled in Penis Enlargement for quite a while (I know this lack of commitment is a sin rofl ) basically sticking with stretches , jelqs, ulis and constrictors. Naturally I think I was around 6.25" BPenis EnlargementL to start with, and with off-and-on streching over a year (we're talking about casual streching after going to the bathroom, or just sitting around.. I only did it seriously for about two weeks, which is when I saw my gains) I'm now around 6.6" which I definitely like.

Jelqs always made my hands too tired to do them correctly, plus they were messy and I dont have the time/privacy. I've been reading up on constrictors and they seem great - I use a sort of velcro tie to achieve this. Haven't measured girth too accurately lately, but it's in the 5.25" range which I like, so let's move on from the background info..

what I don't like is my width. I was reading about the rolling pin stuff, various width exercises, hearing about 2" and all. I am around 1.6", although I was too pissed off to take a serious measurement.

So my question is, what kind of simple exercises can a newbie do to work just on width? I've got length and girth stuff down ok, with good progress - I just need to catch up with width! Thanks!

alanfred,
Dedication and hard work are the true key to success, not a magic exercise. Yes, there are specific exercises but it will do little if you don't apply the and do the religiously. Get yourself on a regular routine and stick to it. Apply what you have learnrd already and you will gain. Good luck!!!

I appreciate the advice. I do know that the dedication is the most important part, but I'm just asking for an exercise I can incorporate into what I already have, one that will bring up my width. I consider it my weakness so I'm looking to catch up, you know?

All right, sounds cool. Couple questions though. The DLD Bends... are they bending downwards? I have an upward curve - nothing bad, but that kind of bend feels, well, unnatural rofl . Hope I'm not bending too much - I have a good feel for side bends, as I get a good amount of red spots and a good level of soreness, but you never know. Also, this slinky movement you describe... this is basically the bending point moving up and down the shaft, right?

And these toilet compression squeezes.. hrm... how hard to push down? I've tried these and I get a pretty sharp pain whenever I outright flatten the thing. Thanks for the help, DLD!

The bend is downward and it should be done at around 80-90% erect (just erect enough to feel pressure) The bend is also gentle, more of a slight arc.

They should not cause any pain, describe the way you are doing them and I will try to see where the problem is.

so whats the slinky thing again?

When I do the toilet compression thing (on a table, sorry, the toilet feels nasty) I get erect, maybe 80%-90% so that I can easily keep it down. I pick the portion I'm going to work on, place the palm of my hand on it and slowly press. I press until I can see a noticeable change in width, because after all, it isnt any good unless it pushes the curent limits, right?

Thanks again.
