Its IMHO that theirs NOTHING wrong with sharing movies and music freely on the net.

I see it as a DIGITAL version of tapeing and lending videos / CD's with freinds ........ its the same, we go on kazaa [others] and get a movie/music file ..... we keep sharing it, we watch it and keep it ........ I see nothing wrong with this, its LEGAL ... why cant they see this.

I know whats not legal IMHO, like makeing money from it and DL software and the like, but I dont give a toss do this also HAHAHA, but think about it........all this MOVIE and MUSIC sharing is the SAME really as you recording the film of the TV and lending it to a group of freinds for them to copy and share to their mates, EXACTLY the same ...... someone wants to make this point to the RIAA, those dumb bastards cant see this.....of course they will have us by the balls on summut, the ones that make money from it ..... how can they tell which is which??? they cant so they fuck us all.

Just what I think,
DL and UL Movies and music via p2p for non-profit is legal in my eyes and no one should be prosecuted .... that 12 year old girl who the RIAA hit, HAHAHAHAH how stupid ... they should of removed her video recorder and tapes.

I don't think it's legal whatsoever (neither is taping and lending videos/CDs with friends), but it doesn't stop me from doing it. I relate it to exceeding the speed limit while driving; I know it's illegal, but I do it anyways.

Its LEGAL in the UK to record videos hahahha I cant belive in the USA ya cant record a program of the TV and share it?
Its fine here, also to borrow a CD, is fine....it aint illegal.

IMHO if ya do this online, for NON PROFIT, just watching and listening to the stuff, I cant see a problem.

NO ONE is looseing money, cos when the film does come out on TV people will record it and distribute it that way, so nuthings lost IMHO, just that people like the RIAA and computer GEEKS in the industry are against it....fuck them I say, stick up for what ya belive in and ya rights, I aint going to no prison for p2p.

I think the only way it should be illegal is if you are downloading the music, movies, and etc. Then sell themn to make a profit for yourself. but as far as me , myself listen to them i don't it being any different then listening to the radio or tapeing stuff off the radio, is there a copy right warning played on the radio, I don't think so, and if so i have never heard one.
