So I've been back in the PE world for about a month now doing manual work.

As far as girth goes I do 20 minutes of jelqing and then about 5-10 minutes daily of different forms of more intense manual girth work like SSJ.

For some reason after a few weeks of doing this the crazy expansion I used to get has started to die down. This is despite:

1. Losing more weight
2. Exercising more
3. Slowly and currently stopping masturbating
4. Edging
5. Consistancy in my PE work
6. Quitting smoking


Can anyone tell me why this is happening?


The only thing I can think of is my penis grew slightly and now my body is having to adjust to the new size and can't provide enough blood.


Please explain the issue to me. Thanks!

Are you basing your post workout temporary expansion on an actual measurement or solely off what your mind perceives the expansion to be? Make sure you are taking a measurement because the mind tends to quickly normalize to your gains. Don't spend as much time jelqing. The amount of expansion you can achieve by jelqing is limited. Get yourself erect and do ~30 minutes of SSJs instead.
 
It may be time to up your game with things like longer sessions. Perhaps 30-45 minutes a day and maybe clamping. "Intense" changes over time as our penises adapt.

Thanks guys. The problem seems to have resolved itself.

I have only done 3 things differently since the original post in this thread.

1. Haven't orgasmed in 3 days. Today is day 4 of noFap. I only edge and do PE now. I will reserve my orgasms for if they happen during sex, which will also motivate me to go out and try to have sex more often. At different points in my life I was jacking off and orgasming over 5 times a day.

2. I quit smoking about 5 days ago and was doing well until I smoked a couple of times. I'm chewing nicotine gum as we speak and will do my best to never smoke again.

3. I began running/jogging as hard as I can for 10 minutes every day I am off from lifting. At this point that means three days a week, and I have done the running thing twice now. Prior to this I was extremely overweight and although I've lost a ton of weight my only cardio for the past few years was walking at a fast pace.


I think all three of these things are further helping me get much better erections, and my expansion from girth work is going through the roof. I think the most important thing by far is the not jacking off anymore. After a 5 minutes SSJ and jelqing session I am maybe 1/8 inch under 6 inches at my thickest point. For this reason I've decided to add 5 minutes to my manual stretching to make it 15 minutes so I don't end up with a dick that looks short because it is too thick. I will be bumping my manual stretching up to 45 minutes daily as time goes on, but only incrementally.


Thanks again guys! If I can get my normal morning erection to 9 BPEL x 6 EG in the next two years I will be incredibly happy, and yes I will gradually increase time and intensity. As of my measurements pre workout last week I was 7.5 BPEL x 5 and 10/16 EG. I think my goal is doable if I am consistent and continue to increase time and intensity.

Because your muscle tissue can only expand so much. It is not infinitly stretchable. Has to do with genetics.

First, I am very happy to hear you are becoming disciplined with masturbation, especially after days of 5 times! I can completely relate, I was going at it a few times everyday, getting deeper into filth with every visit. I decided to curb this months ago. I do great up to the 30 day mark where I consistently mess up. After about 30 days I get frustrated and angry easily and find myself looking at ���� and jerking off. The episodes bring the smallest amount of god feelings and immediately that sting of guilt sets in. So not worth it but still I mess up, it is called being a human :) So do your best, if you mess up, get right back up and keep going.

I too quit smoking about 7 months ago. I was down to 3 cigarettes a day and finally said 'what is the point' and I stopped. I used a vape at first but it did not help me with what the real craving was, an oral fixation. So today I carry a cigarette that I suck on all day without lighting it. I get the fixation I want without smoking. I actually lost weight after I quit, I thought I would gain. I feel so much healthier today and the blood flow has improved greatly as I get nocturnal and morning erections constantly (something I never got before)

I too have taken on the diet and exercise thing and I have done well. I went from 240 to 180. I look and feel so much better. So I am glad you are doing the same. When we start to improve ourselves it is wise to cover the whole body!

Your body has adapted to the routine. It is time to up intensity, better still get yourself a mityvac pump.

We should always be looking for greater intensity and change exercise as things slow
