I have always loved them. For me they not only increased my GIRTH but they were one of my favorite WIDTH exercises. The rolling motion makes them a complete isolation exercise to every point along your shaft. Since it is a rolling bend the area of squeeze is much smaller and concentrated than using my hand to squeeze.
I love the bends. I especially like to do bends while clamped. I can feel the internal pressure really go up when bending, and If you wrap a tape around your cock and do a bend you can tell it is expanding. Plus it gets you a good straetch in the area where you're bending. These are my favorite.
