I've been reading through the Boo boo's and Band-aids forum, researching a solution or information on my own condition, and there seem to be so many brothers injured. My urologist was very stern in his suggestion for me, not to do PE, but i figured thats what he must advise. I've come to realise that while some guys may be able to PE for vigorously than others, I don't count myself amongst them (I've only been doing PE for about 2.5 months, maybe less). Is it that men are are too anxious to gain too quickly, and this is the cause for their injuries? Or could it be that PE may not be for everyone? Personally I'm gonna take this slowly. I do want to gain quickly, but I'd rather be of average size (now thanks to PE I might add) than damaged. What are your thoughts on the matter?

From my experience over the years, you've basically answered your own questions. Injuries are in fact something the minority of men experience. The guys who overlook the precautions already set out in just about every 'how to' guide you will find on this forum, or elsewhere are usually the guys who get injuries. The penis is a pretty durable part of the body contrary to what many seems to think. So, most injuries are in fact minor. Usually things like skin abrasions, or red spots from ruptured capillaries in the skin, or urethra lining.

As stated by Still serious injuries are rare. The injuries that we see with an overzealous beginner are things like Thrombosis, Discoloration, Stained Ligaments, and many other minor issues and all can be avoided by studying and taking questions of the Brotherhood.

When I started pumping I had bloated channels under my skin which looks like broken blood vessels (but can't be if you ask me). After a few weeks I never had this again. Today 20 inHg just for fun for a few seconds (it's too painful) and no injuries visible.

Is it that men are are too anxious to gain too quickly, and this is the cause for their injuries?

People start too intense because they want to gain quickly and they think that intensity makes a big impact in this journey. Eventually you might find out that intensity on a long distance travel is not that noticeable. I would say it is too exhausting.

Or could it be that PE may not be for everyone?

With PE it is difficult to see why some penises should be more appropriate than others. With gym muscles you could say that because it becomes apparent that some peoples bodies don't deal well with the stress. Some people claim that pro bodybuilders can get away with drug use because their bodies are extremely powerful to even cope with drug abuse.

What are your thoughts on the matter?

In general I think that people start intense and leave quickly. I see a general trend in not willing to spend money and at the same time be very inconsistent. I believe it is because they don't enjoy what they do and just thing about gains. Personally I train because it gives me sexual satisfaction to exercise because it will hit my penis harder than masturbation.
