I take zinc.
Cant say if ANY of my changes are a direct result of this mineral.
I take other stuff, and eat many foods, exercise on and off so I cant really comment if its made me faster or stronger.
I do feel it helps stenghten the immune system, I NEVER get clolds or the flu.
Also when I took it in 45MG doses [X3 15MG tablets] I noticed more seamen than usual after some weeks of dailyuse.
I now take 15mg daily, the RDA infact...but ya can go upto 60mg daily.
Maybe someone should do a test of takeing just say 45-60mg of zinc daily alongside pe and bodybuilding, NO OTHER Supplements .
I take it. I agree with Red, too. I take so many supplements that it's really a shotgun effect. A few of them probably do cause an increased load size, but it's impossible for me personally to say which they are without going through a process of elimination, which I'm unwilling to do because of the other health benefits I'd lose out on by not taking some.
