I've used it. I can say that it is a good girth exercise, because it causes maximum expansion of the tissues. If you do the squash jelq supersetted with a compression squeeze, it is absoultely one of the best combos for girth. Maximum expansion should be the goal of any girth exercise, and these two together achieve that in a relatively small number of sets. The most I've done was 10, the fewest I've done and achieved maximum expansion was three. Try it out once it gets reposted.
