For those who do these. When you pull your dick under your leg and sit down, do you still hold you dick with your hand or simply let the weight of your leg keep it in place? I haven't done LAS before, but want to start incorporating them into my daily routine.
Listen, plain and simple: LAZY ASS STRETCHES are the quintessential ADS exercise for the poor man. They are extremely effective and they cost nothing. Yes, I admit I am lazy...and for that matter I admit to having a large ass (hairy for that matter) but I also attribute most if not all of my flaccid gains to this exercise.
just stick the badboy under your legs or ass. pull until you feel a good stretch . Then let your bodyweight do the work. Adjust yourself every 15-20 minutes and shake it a bit to get the circulation going and repeat....
Well, I started, or tried to do them. Wish I had never heard of them. I did them one day and it totally shrank my scholong! It went down to nothing. Just totally wiped me out. After a while I got it back going again and all is well on the "front line" but what a scare??? GS
Hey, I don't know but it was scary. It was like I squished "him" so much that he was going to be like a small rolled up carrot. It wasn't that he got shorter, but rather just smaller around. Anyone else have this effect. GS
Today I did LAS for 15 minutes and my dick looked like crash and some balloons on the penis head when I stood up, the effects passed but I am a little bit scared if this happens in 15 minutes so what will happen in 60 minutes I think it will become a toast.
