Anybody? Post how long you've been doing so. What have you gained? Starting size? Current size? Blood type? Just kidding on the last one. What type of hanging system do you use? In other words what type of hanger? What weight levels do you currently use? What type of wrap? How long are your sets...10, 15, 20 minutes? How many sets per day do you hang? How many days a week?

I'll start it off. I've been hanging off and on for a couple years. Mostly off. To date I've gained around 3/4" of length. The most recent gain was measured a few days ago and was a direct result of the last couple weeks of me hanging again. That gain was 1/4" bone pressed, flaccid stretched length and, was also measured as an increase in my bone pressed erect length. I started Penis Enlargement at 6x5 erect and, am currently 7.75x6! I use the BIB production model hanger. I have used his home made hangers in the past though. I currently use between 12.5 and 15 lbs depending on how things feel that day. Been averaging more sets with 15lbs lately though. I use 3M Brand "Ace Wrap" as my wrap. It's the only material I wrap with. I sticks to the skin a little but, I dont mind it. It bonds well to itself, is very durable...lasts several days per strip, and, it's easy to find in most stores. My sets are 20 minutes each. I have been hanging between 9 and 12 sets per day...more 12 set days here the last couple hanging days. Thats' 3 or 4 hours total time per day. I hang 7 days a week. The 7th day is my "rest" day...I only hang an hour total that day with some manual stretching. I have made it a habit to stretch whenever I get a minute to.

SWM,

Time hanging : just over 3 months

Stats : 5 X 4.50 - 4.75

gains : zero

sessions : started doing 1 x 30 mins, 1 x 25mins, 1 x 25 mins.
Currently dropped to 3x20mins, at higher weights looking for more fatique, weight ranges from 11 pounds to 12.50, aiming for higher weight less time. Also added 20 - 25 minds stretching, downward, upward, side stretching no particular method, just pulling head out, up any which way.

Wrap : theraband.

I've been hanging off and on for 1 year. Gained 1" in that time. Mostly exclusively BTC, 2-20 min sets. I have gotten up tp 22.5lbs in weight. I am currently mulling over the possibility of SO hanging to see if I can get the final 1/8" I lack to reach my goal.

I have been hanging for one year now and have seen a 1" gain using 15 lbs 30 min per side 3 times a week and I'm just starting on DLD's phase one. And I'm all excited about it. I have experimented with all different wraps and I like a piece of sweat shirt first then theraband. I'm going to try a few different things to see if I can get it down to only one material. Just for ease & time. I usually put it on to a certain tightness level then after a few min take it tighter and snug it closer to the base for a better pull. And I hang the weights over my thigh and the arm of my chair. So its kinda up and to the l/r side. Occasionally I hang standing up and straight down.

I have been hanging for just two weeks using a different form of hanging( vacuum tube type). Nothing to report yet, but hopefully it will help my manual stretch routine. I use 12 pound weights.

Been hanging about 2 months, gained .10" first month, will measure again on July 5th. I'm hanging 15# steadily, mostly OTS for Tunica stretch; my LOT is at 6. Occassionally I will do SO just for ligs.

I just started hanging about three weeks ago. I have different notice changes and I believe that it has helped me out a lot.

Regular hanging 2 sets of 30 minutes with 15.5 lbs.

BTC hanging 2 sets of 30 minutes with 12.5 lbs.

I wish I could go longer however, my time is off at times.

I am think about performing 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours at night.

I was wondering does it really help to hang longer. Just curious.

I think it does help to hang as much as you can. Or stretch as much as you can. I'm gaining very nicely...i have 4 hours total hang time per day...6 days a week...one hour a day on the 7th week day routine. BIB had a 6 hour per day schedule....we've both worked up to this level and, I am working on adding more time but, slowly. You shouldnt ever rush this stuff. 3 weeks and youre using between 12.5 and 15 lbs? What type of hanger you using? Have you hung weights in the past? That just seems like a very rapid rise in weight level. Most guys including myself take several months to work up that high.

It varies at times for me. 10 lbs is definitely my normal weight.

On a good day I can perform 12.5 lbs and 15.5 lbs.

I tried 5 lbs however, it was like a feather. 10 lbs was definitely good for me.

Thanks for your advice. I am going to definitely work my way up to 4 and 6 hours.

Thanks, guy

Oh, by the way, I made my hanger. I still plan on buying the actually version. For now my home made hanger works great

Still,

I have been hanging on and off for the last 20 months and have gained about 2.5 inches. I use the Bib hanger. My weight fluctuates. I am hanging about 15 lbs SO, but I was up to a little over 20 for a while when i was making my most gains.

I started at 5.77" and I am not a tad over 8 inches.

I have been hanging for about 6 months, along with basic jelqing. I started out with about 6 inches in errect lenght and 5 in girth, now I am 8.5. x 6.250 My routine consist of:

Mourning: DLD blasters and other intense stretches, sometimes i throw in a set of hanging if i have time.

Mid day: Try to manual stretch when i can at my job, to keep it limber.

Evening:10 min. BTC-30lbs x1
20 min. BTC 17lbs x 3
Finish up with intense DLD Blasters and other stretches.

Then its off to girth work: DLD's Girth Busters, and a few extras thrown in, then a hot bath, and bed.

I do this routine Monday thru friday.

Saturday and Sunday I increase the level. I make sure that I am always sore throughout the week. Once I get the power assist, this will be added to my routine.

I feel that after having a good hang session in the evening, it is good to follow up with the DLD Blasters and other stretches, as my PC muscles and ligs are very fatigued by then!! Just my opinion, as it seems to work for me.

That routine is nuts! Way to go man!

I've been hanging with a 5 days on 2 days off schedule for about 2 months now with a .5" increase or so. I haven't measured for about 2 weeks now and I don't plan to. I'm not gonna measure until sometime around January 1st (no that wasn't a typo). I'm trying to add 1lb of weight on every week. Currently up to hanging 9/10lbs in 20 minutes sets at a time, with a 10 minute break inbetween. I currently hang 3 to 3 1/2 sets a day, hoping to up it to 4 MAYBE 5. I don't use a wrap, I don't seem to need one, it only got in the way when I tried before and was a lot more hassle then it was worth (I believe). I hang with a Bib Hanger.

I've been hanging for 2-3 months. Have increased the weight to 15 pounds. Hang at least 6 sets a day. I use the Bib Starter. I also use the coach brand wrap.
