When working on both in the same day, should length work be done before girth work, or vice-versa?
I'm thinking girth should be done first since that would stretch the tunica and allow it to be extended further when working on length.
Of course, there's also the idea that the body becomes accustomed to doing the exercises in the same order, which would call for mixing things up.
Thoughts?
