Hi guys,

Wondering how to go about sizing up for one of these. I want to keep my piece stretched out after manuals and after I use my bathmate. I also see that there are silis that go on head? Is there a sizing chart some where? Also do I need the sleeve and the head component? Please and thank you.

What size SiliSleev do I need?
The SiliSleev currently comes in four different sizes.

The regular SiliSleev 85s are 3.3"(85mm) long and are intended to be used with exercise devices such as penis traction stretchers, penis hangers , vacuum belt extenders and can also be used for manual stretching and jelqing .

The longer SiliSleeve 145s are 5.75"(145mm) long and are intended to be used for cementing penis gains and penis pumping but can also be used for everything else when it comes to exercise devices or manual stretching .

Both the SiliSleevs 85 and 145 come in two diameters, 0.75"(20mm) & 1"(27mm).

The 0.75"(20mm) diameter is good for guys with a flaccid girth of 4”(100mm) and under.

The 1”(27mm) diameter is good for guys with a flaccid girth of 4”(100mm) and larger.

However, the smaller diameter SiliSleev stretches up to five times its size, so it can accommodate larger girths as well.

You dont need the silicap if your okay with the pump as it is now. Assuming when you use the bathmate that your glans is alright? so, its a personal choice to help reduce fluid.

Good to have around though for other issues if you can afford it. I like to have everything right at my side.

I think the best option is to start off with the set.

Which one long or short I think depends on how long you are flaccid.
If you have a flaccid penis longer than 6 inches then I think you can go with the long set otherwise I think the short set will do.

I’m just saying because when I look at the long set I think man one day when I can get in one of those that will be a great day!

The Silicap is handy, but it depends on what other equipment you will be getting.

If you have the money why not get the Silistretcher.

You will get
two long sleeves
two short sleeves
and a silicap

If you buy these separately you will already have spent about $60.

Just saying.
