Well ok, I've 'only' done 6 sets so far today but, I LOVE this working at home stuff! I'm hanging mostly between the cheeks as we experienced hangers call it and, stretching whenever I take a break. I hang BTC by: I have a 4 legged, sturdy wooden chair with a padded seat that I sit on. The seat itself is around 3 feet off the ground. I attach my hanger and weights then, I sit down and I have a smaller chair I put in front of me to rest my feet on. Works great! So far, my working sets are with 15lbs. Cant go any heavier yet but, I expect to increase that to 17.5lbs by next week.
