i tried to do a tunica stretch (which is a bitch because i dont'know where it is)..and i was told that it is what you feel being stretched out when you stretch upwards.

i did this and flexed my PC muscle a few times and held it to try to keep the stretch going. i don't know if i was doing this wrong, which i think i was...or if i needed to concentrate more on one thing in specific.

so what exactly is the tunica muscle?

and what are some affective exercises to stretch it out?

The tunica is not a muscle, it is a fibrous sheath that surrounds the chambers of the penis that hold the blood to allow erections to occur (corpus caniverosa, if I'm not mistaken).

Stretching the tunica is achieved with stretches that are done upwards. Some stretches that I would suggest you look into would be 7up's V-stretch and Redzulu's Tug of War Stretch, I find both of these to hit my tunica rather well. Also, you can stretch the tunica by merely stretching straight up towards your chin, however I find the stretch I receive from the V-stretch and TOW Stretch to be far greater then what I get from simply stretching upwards.

Hopefully that cleared some of this mess up for you.

Bundled length master stretches and also Bundled length master rolls will also help in stretching the tunica
