What's the usual tactic when you get sick?

I am figuring just doing a bathmate session and spending extra time in the extender. Maybe doing two bathmate sessions just because I'll likely benefit from some extra time in hot water anyway.

What's your experience here?
 
well maybe thats a good possibilty,unfortunately i dont have the devices but if get sick i would like to take things easier using the devices;)

I actually decided to power through. It's a gross cough but I'm not like bedridden. Maybe the endorphins and hormones will help my body kick it's ass.
 
I'm a big believer in rest and sometimes extra rest pays off more than getting a workout in. I use it as a good reason to take an extra break.

Yea. I am all about SRT and grinding through. The faster I get a dick I'm happy with, the sooner I don't have to do the heavy lifting anymore.
 
I guess it really depends on how "under the weather" you are. I rarely miss a day because of being down, mainly because I feel down a lot of the time and I would never get anything done if I gave into it. I think my problems happen when I am feeling good, this is when I feel temped to skin training and my usual routines and want to experience everything I missed out on when I was not feeling well.
 
Why would you skip? Under of above "the weather" is not something that you should let be an excuse for you. Keep going no matter what, that's how goals are achieved- you set a goal and you follow it to the end, no excuses, no nothing! :)
 
mmh, maybe in terms of length (and I'm not very experienced, since the almost 1" in length I gained came almost accidentally), but girthwise I've learned otherwise. But that might be also a matter of individual constitution.

An acidental inch? What is better than that?
 
My new year resolution is just my penile growth, my business growth by 30 % and my child as my wife will be due for delivery by end of feb. damm after 14 years of marriage I am having a baby. I hope god will keep all things safe as the baby has changed it's position in the womb.
 
I have skipped a few days here and there from sheer exhaustion, but IMO it is best to push through anything that happens and keep going. If I could I would PE every day no matter what, doing at least something helps.

hehe, it, in fact, appeared primarily as a "side-effect" of classic jelqing, which was my main exercise during the first months of PE. But I intended it to be a girth exercise and from the very start I always went for girth since I already had been 7,6" BPEL (and only 0,4" of fat pad) and didn't consider length very important. Can't say that I wasn't positively surprised by that "accidental gain" and so, after I had gained around half on an inch that way, I implemented one of the laziest length exercises one can do: the __________ Stretch, which I performed 30-40 mins every evening on the couch while watching TV with my gf. Thus it literally cost me nothing, but gave me an additional 0,4" in length within two months. I then continued to do them for another two months although no further gains showed and thereafter stopped all length work. As it seems that was enough to have the 8,45" BPEL, I now call my own, cemented. I'm wondering how much potential to gain there's left, considering that I've never really concentrated on length work and haven't even done the beginner's routine. One day I'll make the test and shoot for the 9" Nbpel (would be a bit less than an inch to go from here).:O
 
Those are pretty good options by and large. I am using a vac extender with a leg strap. As much tension as I can force out of it and discreet. I suppose if you go light tension you could wear it around an office job even. Regular extenders really are crazy bulky and extremely prohibitive to movement. I tried the regular one first but it looked like I had a weapon in my pants. Like a massive Magnum.

If I get sick, I will take off days. The body needs it.
