Jelqing works both length and girth at the same time. But results come slower than other exercises and it can give you a turkey neck. I think I've found the best routine for myself for gaining both length and girth. It's a time consuming process but the results I got from it were the best I've ever had.
Ok, so first I worked on the girth portion. I think you get better results doing girth first followed by stretching than vice versa. So for the first step I'd do a ten minute warmup with a heating pad. I'd than do some 30 second stretches pulling my penis down, left, right and up. Just to get things nice and limber. Then I'd work on some jelqing. I didn't always incorporate this into my routine just when I had time. After doing a hundred or so I'd do some isolated compression squeezes, ulis, and horse 440's. Than I'd do another 100 jelqs and repeat the previous tecniques. After feeling my penis had felt plump from all the girth exercises I'd move onto some edging. I'd do this while doing some more ulis too and eventually would come. This is for 2 reasons. 1, so I wouldn't get a hardon while stretching and 2, it makes the penis more relaxed and thus able to stretch further.
I'd usually take a shower after this to wash of the lube and to get warmed up again for the stretches. So for the stretches I'd do the down,left,right,up stretches again for 30 seconds each and move onto the tougher exercises. Then I'd work on some a-stretch blasters. First I'd do a warmup for this by pulling my penis towards my chest and while doing 100 quick kegels. Then I'd do 50 blasters. This takes awhile because each blaster is 10 seconds long, 5 seconds pulling down on the penis while doing a kegel and 5 seconds pulling down while doing a reverse kegel. Also your hands will get tired from this pretty fast. That's why I'd switch hands every 10 blasters I did. More likely your penis will keep sliping out of your hand while doing these exercises so have some baby powder handy. After this I'd do maybe 20 bundled a-stretch blasters and then 50 rotary cranks clockwise and counter-clockwise. Then to finish I'd do a 1 minute stretch where I'd stand in front of the bathroom counter, put my dick on it and secure it with a hand and lean backwards.
I would usually do this on a 1day on/1day off routine but if I was feeling ambitious I might've done it every day for the week and take the weekend off.
