For me jacking off seems to be something that is built up, or the negative results anyway. Like if I make sure not to cum 3 days in a row I'm feelin' pretty good and can recover pretty quickly. However, if I cum 3 times or more within a 3 day time span my focus starts to wane, even if I get the same amount of sleep I'm still tired, etc. The best schedule I've found is cum one or two days in a row, then break day (more break days are always better up to 7 which is the peak of testosterone then use it or lose it) and then do whatever.

There are beliefs structured around how men's sperm is their essence/chi/etc. and how releasing it makes you weaker for a time. I think this is why systems such as Tantric Yoga and other systems were designed so that the pleasures of sex could be enjoyed without the loss of self.

Anyway, my experience with jacking off has been that early on I measured just for fun (way way back when) and was about 6.5" and nary a girth. However over time, probably like 1 or 2 years after I discovered masturbation and was all into it, everyday any available time (you know the drill) I noticed the girth increased and the length shrank a bit. I ended up around 5.5" - 6" length depending on the day and how much I rested in between (which then was like nothing) but had a noticable girth increase, but was still sub-par. I have also heard stories of people sent to insane asylums who would constantly play with themselves and had massive members. IMHO ejaculating alot in the week will not help, but wanking kinda like in the edgeing manner [to the brink] should help your test.

Wank as much you like guys, but try holding off the ejaculation cos I feel thats what hinders the test levels if it does anyways, and sperm count which I cant say have heard before.
Wanking on a reguler basis and doing so to the edge and than stopping, leaving it at that should help.
 
I know a few guys at my gym who say they jack off 3-4 times a day. They are all strong as a bull and all very big. I have NEVER read or heard in any bio class that masturbation is harmful. I too would like to see the scientific proof that some guys say is out there that mast. decreases your test. I have heard just the opposite - that releasing is very beneficial to the body and keeps you healthy. I do not think 5-6 times a week is all that bad. hehe

There are many myths about what happens if you masturbate "too much." The fact of the matter is that there is no set amount of masturbation that constitutes too much. it depends how much you constantly masterbate for.myself i masterbated way to much for a period of years and eventually i was unable to get an erection,and my penis shrivled up,thats why i first turned to pe.to much masterbating does shrink your penis and balls i'm a prime example,but it occurs over a long period of time.

I try my best NOT to get a daily jerk in but I usually fail. I mean if my lady wanted to have sex everyday I would probably stop jerking daily. I think that the best time for length work is directly after orgasm, this is when the penis is in a state of complete fatigue and has little choice but to take up the weight and grow. The penis feels so much more pliable and malleable when we stretch after orgasm. It also holds the elongation much longer than any other time. It has been long proven that fatigue is a key player in making length gains but the idea of doing length after orgasm is relatively new, within the last 5 years.

Good point, I know what works for me does not always work for others, I think the idea here is to put our own thoughts out and compare them to others to try to make better decisions. The other part is sometimes what we believe to be good can sometimes change, this is a natural thing and it is how we build our character. There are many things I did in my past that I could and would not do again because my perspectives in life have changed, but again much of who I am has been created through my involvement here.
