I am 19 years old. I have started the basic newbie routine for about a month but i do 5 sets of each stretch (30secs hold per stretch). Then i do 15 minutes of jelqing and 50 kegels. 5 minutes warm-up and 5 minutes warm-down. i do the jelqs 80% erected and the stretches 60% erected. This normally takes 40-50 minutes.
The problem is that i didnt get any gain as far as now. i ve been doing it 6 days on and only one day off
i am 6,25" long and 5,25" girth.
Am i doing something wrong?

Sometimes it takes longer for some to see gains. When you stretch, are you pulling pretty hard? Are you feeling a kind of soreness (not bad) inside your penis while you're stretching at all?
 
You've been doing this for 6 days! Results are not[/] instantaneous...If you're looking for a miracle cure to permanent penis enlargement, there is no such thing. You need to be prepared to spend months, and possibly even years of constant exercising to achieve the size that you want...

Give it time and you'll start to see gains.

For sure it takes time, u should start seeing some sort of a difference within a month or so though, like better veins and harder boners. Give it time it will come.
 
guys re-read his post. he said he's been doing it for about a month with a schedule of 6 on and 1 off.

yeap i pull pretty hard i think and i feel a kind of soreness but sometimes bad after a long stretch

Okay, my mistake on misreading your post...however, still what I said applies. Some people take several months before they start seeing gains. Don't give up, just stick with it and you'll start inching up the ruler before too long.
 
I also want to know if i am too erected to do the stretches and jelqs. i want erected length and girth i dont really care about flacid gains
 
Oh, I just noticed that in your first post you say you do your stretches 60% erect. You want to be doing them completely flaccid. The erect stretches are more for getting your flaccid length up to the same level as your erect length. Try them fully flaccid for a couple weeks to a month and then see if you see gains appearing.

Also keep track of your FSBPenis EnlargementL (Flaccid Stretched Bone Pressed Erect Length). It usually helps me determine if a particular length exercise is effective because gains typically show up on this measurement before they do on BPenis EnlargementL measurements. Well gives those a shot and keep us posted! Good luck!
 
hang in there and be patient,some gain quicker than others,just stay at it the gains will come.
 
Shit man, I've been Penis Enlargementing for over a year now, and I didn't really start to see gains till a couple of months ago. And not great gains at all, but I'm still hopefull and will never quit.
 
A month is enough time for some to see gains, other men may take a bit longer. What is important is that you stick with your workout every day. You may also want to check the Newbie Routine again as I have updated the stretching portion to be much more intense.

I had started the updated newbie routine before a week but i think my penis just got smaller. <:( Is that possible or maybe its my imagination? i do the stretches fully flaccid.
 
Mine tends to gets smaller if I try a new more intense routine for a bit. It is also a sign of overtraining. Possibly rest a little more, no need to run like a hare if you can win as a turtle. Good luck!
 
i would like to ask one more think. When i do the PC Muscle Fitness (kegel) of the basic noutine do i have to squeeze with my own hand my pc muscle or i have to work it inside? i used to do it with my finger
If i jelq only will i have any length? i jelq 30min per day 5 on 2 off

Sounds crazy but a temp. decrease in size happens quite a bit after an intense session. Try not to gage your success or progress by dingle session, even weekly may be too short of a time. Penis Enlargement is a lengthly process and I promise you over time you will get bigger but in the beginning the penis has a tendency to get scared and shrivel. You never did these things to your penis before so there will be an adjustment period. Hang in there.
