Hi, I am wondering about a couple things...Ive been peing for about 3 weeks now (no gains) and have been reading up on this site a lot, this is so much more indepth than thunders by the way...

1. I always warm up my ligs before and after every workout (length and girth) and find it takes a considerable amount of time, but it is needed right??...but then I read one of DLDs posts (and many others) that says he stretches every time he takes a piss, or anytime at all for that matter and doesn't warm up,
someone else said that it was very possible to retard your ligs (probably not warming up is the only way i can see this happeneing) so you cant get length outta them.

2. I have been going easy on my guy while stretching because I dont want any injuries going on that would put me farther back than I am now, i thought....Another person said that he thought most people dont have enough physical strength to get proper stretching in
...CHRIST MAN...I am no Arnold in Predator but I sure as hell could rip my dick outta its socket quite easily.....So am I supposed to be REEALLY tugging that PUD or what???
3. I have an extremely low LOT and my ligs are really tight...should I still be stretching down and will it have any effect.

I'm not an expert on the LOT theory, but i can offer some assistance with the first 2 questions :p

The way i do my warm up/prep is to start with light stretching and building my way up through the workout. Now, DLD has been doing this for a long time, so he can just stretch away because his penis is prolly pretty tough. Also, stretching throughout the day would probably keep you in the 'warmed up' state all day, free to Penis Enlargement as you wish.

As far as going easy on your guy goes... I officially started my routine on the 1st Feb 2004. I figured i'd done all the reading and i knew myself well enough to start. It's only recently that i have found out other ways to stretch (not through reading, just practice) and that i can stretch a lot harder than i thought. A lot of this stuff is something you can't read about, but more something you have to work on yourself and find out what is best for you. Well, that's what i have done and i feel that it is best for me. I'm sure others would tell you the same.

that really does help me out, I never really thought that you could get a good stretch in in the morning and then still be warmed up through the day if you just stretch periodically , thats awesome...

The LOT is where the dick stops pulling back when stretching it out, starting from top to bottom, right?
Well mine are in the 10 -9 zone, my erection is 11.
So i guess my LOT is high then? and i should stretch straight out for the msot time?

Sorry for asking, but there is an expert here ;P

A high lot, means that you should work your ligs! BTC, DLD blasters(to name a few.) Working straight out works on the tunica, and the ligs, working upward, would be for guys with a low lot, and this would work only the tunica. By stretching the tunica, this should make your lot higher, thus giving some opportunity to stretch the ligs!

thanks For the responses DLD, Girthius....Im excited to learn that working the tunica shall make my LOT higher....makes sense
One thing I dont quite get is when you stretch your ligs, your not actually stretching them right??
your just pulling more lig into your penis and making it tighter...So is it actually possible to stretch your ligs to have a higher LOT??...mine are so tight when I ahve an erection its unreal...

By the way DLD I shall buy my way into your paysite very soon...this is the first thing that has to do with Penis Enlargement that I am sure I am going to be happy with and get my monies worth...Its so great youve GAVE THE Penis EnlargementOPLE WHAT THEY WANT....
