Hey, hows everybody doing? This is my first post at MOS, but Im not new to pe. Ive done a lot of experimenting and reading over the past couple of years and have recently settled on a routine. Ive lurked at peforum, thunders, and here for a little bit, but now I think I should join in and contribute and committ to gaining.

My stats are 7" length and 5" girth and my routine is 6 on 1 off with a hot shower before and then 10 min of slow hard slightly downward palms down jelqs with a little lotion ending with a cold shower with 5 sets of 30 sec on and off. My intemediary goals are 9" x 6" and I know my routine may seem inadequate, but Im an athlete and work out a lot and from my experiences with it and pe i try to focus on avoiding overtraining, stimulating growth, and encouraging recovery; still any advice is much appreciated. I also cant hang and dont really want to, no offense to those that do, but it just freaks me out, and Ive got a lot of extra skin even though Im circumcised so manual stretching and what not is hard and seems to do more damage than good with especially hard grips and pulling.

Outside of pe, im about 6'0", 175 lbs (Ive been lifting to build muscle mass instead of just being cut, so hopefully that will keep changing), about 3/4 african-american and around 1/4 native-american (seminole), im a christian, live in the midwest, 21 yr old college student living by myself in a campus house, play basketball and soccer, currently single, and Im pulling for arizona to win the ncaa tourney (any debate is welcome).

I guess thats about it, this forum is really cool and I hope I can add to it.

Sup dude,

I think it's cool that you're part Native American. I really respect the whole spiritual thing and always thought it was cool. :p
