Another question then I should be fine... Just don't wanna injure myself. When you pump what is it supposed to feel like?? My bpel is 5.75 and when I pump it starts getting quite sore after 5.5 inches?? My dick sticks to one side as well and I think that is making it quite sore. But when I pump it feels like it's ripping my head and foreskin... Quite painful... I dont seem to get that pressure feeling, just feels like a ripping feeling.I can gradually get up to around 6.2 after 15 mins. But it's very tender. Although after yesterday's session I measured myself and I seemed to be pushing nearly 7 inches..it looked like a totally different cock to me. Just wondered if I'm supposed to feel that ripping sensation?? As I've only started 4 days ago so new to all this. Can I use my normal erect size as a guide on how far I should push myself in the bathmate??? Also I've been measuring myself daily and like I said my length increased but my girth stayed the same?!?! I was hoping to gain length but really wanted to gain some girth as I'm fairly thin at 4.5.. I do apologise for so many questions. Just wanna nail it to see some good gains.
Many thanks

Does the rip/burn feel like the outside skin or something internal? I'd get a bit of 'Indian rub' feeling but solved it by putting a dab of hair conditioner on my glans and shaft

I suppose it does feel like the outside skin. It feels like my glands are being torn. Am I pumping too much too soon? Or is this a normal feeling? I would've thought that only going a bit above my bpel wouldn't be a problem as you have to get gains by advancing in size otherwise you'll just be pumping to your bpel all the time which would be pointless right? Also I've noticed that where my penis sticks to the left side of the tube it's become a bit bruised. Is there anything I can use to create a barrier to stop it happening in the future? Or a way for my dick to stop sticking to the left side?
Thank you

Even if a tad under your BPEL is all you can manage right now, it is not a waste of time because your penis is expanding girthwise still while in the pump.

It shouldn't hurt, going in erect as you can should prevent it getting stuck on one side or maybe try using lubrication while you're stimulating yourself to get hard prior to entering. Just avoid lubricating the base of your penis too much or it might keep slipping when you're trying to get a good suction.

If it hurts you need to lessen the pressure, as you get used to it you will be able to tolerate higher pressures. Remember that the Bathmate is just part of the equation don't worry if you are able to hold the pressure above or below your BPEL; Jelqing with the state your penis is in after each set is way more important if you want to see gains.

Edit: Also. Any time mine seemed to stick to the side of try shaking the unit or wiggling to get it straight again.

Also try doing milking motions or shakes, to stay hard while in the pump.

it should not hurt, its like an intense suction. maybe you need to condition more with less pressure.
It basically feels like this

Thanks for all your replies guys... This is such a nice friendly forum. I pumped to around 5-5.2 tonight and held it for 10 mins. My penis feels quite fatigued now instead of painful which I suppose is better I hope? I think I was trying to advance too quickly and wanted crazy gains straight out the gate. Slow and steady wins the race... I'm gonna stay around that pump for a week and try and advance by half an inch each week if my soldier can take it.

At first you will have an adjustment period until you find your sweet spot. One thing that men have done that helps sometimes is to use the BathMate upside down. After you have grown accustomed to this there will be no pain only good vacuum and expansion. Start gentle and work up slowly to your maximum. Be sure to follow the SRT way of pumping as this is the safest and most effective method. Also be sure to keep public hair trimmed to at least 1/4", use a bit of vaseline around the seal to keep solid vacuum. You may eventually want to invest in the Wine-Vac modification to get much more vacuum.

fortunately for me, I didn't discover the VacuVin mod until I had about 6 weeks of the 'stock' BM under my belt...I can only imagine the damage I would have done to myself if I had modded right out-the-gate, lol
I guess the key point here is: Listen to what your body is saying. There shouldn't be any pain, just the feeling expanding pressure.

Thanks guys... Definitely got the hang of it now. Yesterday session was good as I didn't push myself to extreme but especially after tonight's session...wow... My penis feels fatigued but in a really good way... I can't really explain it... Just feels really good... Not seeing huge pump after but as long as I'm advancing in the tube regularly then I know it's working

Exactly where I want you to be, soreness not pain! Soreness is a wonderful thing after a workout, it gives reflection to the effort. Now, again I will say it, take your time and be progressive in intensity. Now that things are getting back on track I would take it slow, be cautious and, most of all, listen to your body.

Cheers DLD will do... I'm excited about tomorrow's session now haha... How bad is that!!
