Would you advise waiting 24 hours between any significant workouts? It would seem to me that if it takes about 24 hours to heal, one would not want to get too aggressive with workouts that have a shorter time period between them. Ideally, we would all workout the same time every day, but the reality is that I'll likely have a day where I don't get around to things till the end of the day. Then one has to choose between craming workouts or altering the routine schedule.Originally posted by b1nzen48
What this does is produce micro tears in the cell walls of the tissue that repair themselves in about 24 hours with new cell growth. Over time these new cells have built enough tissue to result in a natural size gain.
