Being a newbie and using a basic stretch routine will focus on the ligaments that run down the top and sides of the penis from the point where they attatch to the pubic bone. Would you advise waiting 24 hours between any significant workouts? It would seem to me that if it takes about 24 hours to heal, one would not want to get too aggressive with workouts that have a shorter time period between them. Ideally, we would all workout the same time every day, but the reality is that I'll likely have a day where I don't get around to things till the end of the day. Then one has to choose between craming workouts or altering the routine schedule.
