Hey everyone. Im new to PE and just have a few questions. Ive been keeping up with this site for a while but never dig to deep. Figured nows good a time as any to join. What can I expect from BM? I have been doing simple stretches and jelqs for about a month now and will be ordering a BM soon. But what can I expect for the first few weeks? Right now, I am around 6 BPEL and maybe 5 inches girth. Will the BM help me put on a few inches? Thanks for any help, and cant wait to get started!

Welcome Wildcat! The best place to start prior to getting your BathMate would be the Newbie Routine. The Newbie Routine will give you some very good foundational gains and practice. Get the BathMate asap and once you do I will help you incorporate that into your routine. There are a few ways to use the BathMate to get the most out of it, but you will certainly love the gains. At 6 x 5 (great starting size) you can expect, with the BathMate and the combinational work to gain an inch in 6 months, I made a 2" gain in the same time but I am a psycho with PE. :)
 
and when you become experienced a little bit more,you can start doing Expressive stretches using your bathmate!
 
Like what Im hearing. My goal is to get maybe a 2 inch gain length wise. Put me around 8 inches or so. That would be a great confidence boost and I need that!

You should be able to accomplish that without issue follow what everyone has said, study up on the Newbie routine and SRT thread put that knowledge to use and before you know it you will be at your goal!
 
Whats some of the average gains? Whats the largest gains youve seen posted? Love reading stories about them. Makes me confident itll work

I have seen Brothers posting anywhere from a few cm short term to multiple inches long term, You are only limited by your own devotion to your routine. Take the time and be consistent and you will not be disappointed, I had decided personally not to measure till 3 months but i can already see some big changes such as i look and feel longer and thicker, blood flow has been massively better as its alot fuller and a bit more veiny which imo makes it look even bigger.
 
gains vary a lot from one person to another,from level of experience to another. a good example is DLD,when he was just starting out,he gained 2 inches in 6 months,and gained 2 more in 10 years. so it really depends
 
What to expect is what you put in. I put in hours each day, never missing a chance to get even more in. I was a PE psycho :) Over the first six months I was able to tack on 2" in length and 1/2" in girth. My routines were those that are laid out in the Phases and eventually SRT. For a typical man an inch in 6 months is very doable with a moderate daily routine. Taking advantage of SRT and all that it employs can bring you even further.
 
Just checkin in. I have been doing some stretches everyday in the shower . Twice a day. Measured again yesterday and im now at 7 BPEL, still 5" in girth. What exercises help girth? Jelqs?
 
From what they say length work well help girth a bit and girth work will help length a bit. Follow the Newbie Routine. Do all the stretches and do the jelqing. When I started I was doing length in the morning and girth at night. You can try Slow Squash Jelqs as well although I gave up on them because I was never in a great position to watch ���� while doing it (I need some simulation to stay erect).

If you can get a Bathmate and a LengthMaster. My first 3 months were split - first half was manual stretching and jelqing, second half was LM and BM. I gained 1/4" length the first half and some base girth (no mid-shaft girth gain though) and at the end of 3 months I had gained 7/8" length and 1/2" mid-shaft girth.

You can add in A and Y stretches (check the videos) and bundled (twisted) stretches at any time. They'll help loosen up the tunica which these guys say is important and so far they've been right in everything they've told me.

I attribute so much of my gains to the LM and BM. Yes I had to actually do the work but they both help so much. Stretching is far more consistent with the LM because there's zero hand fatigue. You can still use 1 hand for stretches and even switch hands if you need to without easing up (sometimes I need to grab the remote, my drink, or my ecig lol).

The BM makes girth a breeze. My routine is simply get in, pull 1/4 - 1/2", and do 100 kegels. Let go, re-pump, kegel hard for 60 seconds while pulling the same amount. I do each of those 3x switching between them. When I started I could feel and see my penis moving for the first 10-20 kegels each set and after that I wasn't moving much. After months of doing that same routine I can feel and see my penis moving for almost every kegel. Pretty soon I'll need to do the winevac mod. I'm sure it'll be like starting the whole kegel routine all over again, meaning very little movement after the first 10-20 kegels.

You could wave the PE Fairy Wand and give me 1" length and 0.5" girth overnight. You could add that.

You could also wave the Foreskin Fairy Wand and add mine back. I'd love to have that super sensitivity of tiny little tongue flicks making my whole penis twitch, spasm, and tighten up and throb in ecstasy from the lightest of touches.

But otherwise yeah, lots of good answers here that should be helpful with not much more to add.

I wish I could make those things happen for you and everyone here but PE is all about work and dedication. If it were easy we would not be special.
