Hi guys

Well maybe this will sound really stupid question but here it is anyways. Well I have this problem about keeping my routine for a long time, because I am visiting a few forums and am a member of a few paysites. So to speak I am overloaded with information so I change my routines all the time, like I try the routine from one site and then see some good info on the other forum and say man I gotta try this and change it. I think this really gets me demotivated and my gains sufferand the confusion is growing. Some say less is more (3 times a week, some 5 on etc.) Well I know I gotta sort it out by myself but what are your suggestions? I am a member of MOS paysite so you will probably say go with that one rofl but in my opinion the Phases from 1 up are too much for me. Is there a way to modify those. Thanks for any info.

Maybe you should stick to one or fourms, Then stick to one routine?

Too much information can be just as bad as not enough. With the PHASES I tried to take all the guess work out and give a very structured way for someone to start and continue to gain. Keep it simple never had so much credibility as it does here. I remember when I started Penis Enlargement I had only a couple of exercises I got from the back door of some Penis Enlargement site. This was all I knew (basic Jelqing, basic Stretching , Kegels) and I followed this routine to the letter. I made incredible gains and it wasn't until I found Penis Enlargement Forum and the other Penis Enlargement exercises that were available at the time that I started to get confused. I had way to much information and I did not know if what I was doing was right, if I should change, if I should listen to this guy or that. I was lost. I had to go back to my original basic routine and put on the blinders. Whenever I had an extended time without gains I would write my own new workout complete with my own exercises. (this is how the PHASES became what they are) So for myself my particular blueprint to success has been the PHASES and exactly how they are laid out.

I would be happy to modify PHASE 1 if this will help you. Let me know.

Holy shit Supra there was some very funny coincidence in your post. You wrote Lap which is my nickname in real life. It is a shorter version of my surname. Do you know me hehehe? Thanks guys, well I am very happy about beeing supportive to this place. The DLD's paysite is the best out there for sure and it is always informative to browse this forum aswell.
Well DLD I see you understand my problem. Too much info can be confusing sometimes. Don't bother about the modifying but I was actually talking about modifying the phases 2,3 and 4. Well 2 for now.Phase 1 is ok with me and I can do it in 30 min. But I once tried phase2 routine and it took me longer. I would like to make it just around 30 min. But as I said no need to bother.
Keep up the good work guys. You have one hell of a team here.

Following the Phases, as doublelongdaddy explains, has been a great way to for me to avoid the bombardment of information online. You can always cut the actual routine in half if it is a time issue.

Do I get to be a MOS Supporter too? I'm a paysite member! Woohoo!

Oh, and lappner, if say, Phase 2 is too much for you, do what I do. I do length one day, girth the next. So, M-W-F is girth, and T-TH-SAT is length . I think this gives your penis plenty of time to heal between intense workouts, and you can push yourself harder, IMO.

Of course, I don't do the Phases anymore. I did Phase 1 and then I started on my own routine. I do clamp stuff for girth and all sorts of stretching for length . Mostly tunica stuff. You just need to find what will work, and something you can stick to, and then do it. If you find something else you want to try, wait until you need a change, and then try it.

Good info there cyclops. Thanks for the tip. Well for the split routines I tried that girth and length schedule but I didn't liked it. I don't say that it is bad but it didn't work for me. I think I will make it right this time and stick to the Phases. I think I can't go wrong with those.
