I can't hang or do stretching exercises because I keep getting an erection. If I masturbate and start hanging or whatever after, I still get an erection (alot of times while I'm hanging) in about 5-10 more minutes and it doesn't subside.

What tips, mentality or strategy do you guys use to remain flaccid while doing length exercises? Obviously I'm pretty new to Penis Enlargement and have a high sex drive. I appreciate all the help.

jesus man, what a signature! I used to put my dick in between my legs and straighten them, that often helped, but now I just usually think of somethin really nasty, and that usually does it. For instance, their was this one girl at this diner I was eatin at a little while ago, UGLY as hell, and she was fingering herself under the table. Rather nasty, just gives me some shrinkage thinking about it...
 
This is an unusual problem, to have it to the extent that you describe. The only thing I can think of, offhand, is maybe to try some relaxation/breathing/mental focus techniques focusing on keeping flaccid.
 
What i do is Take some deep breaths and concentrate on my breathing then TOTALLY clear my mind to blankness and it goes almost straight away.
 
What sometimes helps me is to just get him fatigued.

This usually involves edging in a sense, but backing off before even the faintest tingling of an orgasm approaches. This way I won't be at the very edge of climax when I'm stretching, so he won't get all excited. And also from doing this he's a bit fatigued which makes him slightly less responsive to touch.

Also I noticed if I heat him too much he'll want to get hard throughout the session, so a good medium I found was dunking my cloth in hot water 3 times and filling it back up 3 times. So a total of 9 quick wraps until the heat dissipates off the cloth. This usually tkaes 5 minutes tops. Good luck!
 
Usually when I have these problems I relax and just keep my mind off anything sexual and reverse kegel for a while, then switch it to kegel after a bit...
 
I have the same problem, but it usally work if i concentrate on losing all feelings in the penis. Like it was lame.
 
I stop Penis Enlargementing for a minute and start paying bills. It works every time.

I pull my knees up to my chest. That usually starts me going down within about a minute.
 
Pull out a ruler, that always destroys an erection for me:D
 
READ SOMETHING REALLY BORING OVER AND OVER USING ALL YOUR CONCENTRATION.... works for me
