In regards to your questions about my routine.

I start out my day clamping in the sauna for 800-1000 jelqs...where I can feel my penis become fatigued and sore. After I have completed these I will take Arnica liquid or pellet form.

I than kegal for 300. And another 250-300 shortly after...I can feel the soreness in my prostate from these..

In the evening I will hang using the MV with 10 Ibs for 2 hours... 45 min sessions with no hand pump method..if I fatigue quickly, I jump down to 7.5 Ibs and continue through until my 2 hrs are up. My penis got used to the 10 Ibs quickly...because I moved up from 5 to 10 in 3 weeks. I experimented with 15 Ibs for 6 min...but not yet ready for it!

After my stretches I use a traction wrapping for all day use... This help with my flaccid.

I do manual stretches through out the day while using the restroom or at other times when I have some time.

I also do pulse 110's, and erect bends.

I woke up this morning and felt very sore after a hanging session BTC at 10 Ibs. It felt great!

I am also a big believer (no pun intended) in natural heath and wellness. I have a doctor of naturopathy I see regularly... I take a varietyof supplements and think this might be the key to my gains...keeping my levels at thier optimal performance levels... It has helped me to recover much quicker than when I was not taking them. Nutrition is certainly a major key!

Good news, I posted here a few days ago, without measuring, was using measurements from a couple months ago, before I started Penis Enlargementing and using my extender, happy to say

7” BPenis EnlargementL which puts me somewhere between “Above Average and Big” I can live with that

and 5.75 mid-shaft, which fits in the “Big” category.

The wife has even noticed the new sized me, and is not aware of my efforts to be larger to please her more.

not just according to that. Unless ur measuring ur length from your asshole and ur girth with two fingers besides your dick, that size is impressively massive.

what was ur starting stats, and what got you ur gains?

I started at BPenis EnlargementL 5.75 X 4.75 and have been Penis Enlargementing for about 8 years. Basically I did it wrong I think. Back when I started there was no real info around like there is now. Basically I think I went too hard too soon, which I think slowed things drastically ( I know better now:) ) But the guts of it was Real intense stretching, Jelqing, and while erect clamping off at the base with 1 hand while clamping just below the glans with the other and squeezing them together(can't remember the true name of this exercise, sorry. ferarri somethings maybe?) Hope this helps you some brother. ;)

I think I might be amongst those victim of the same over training problem.

what would you recomend as a daily work out.. how much is too much? and how many days a week.

I'm having problems finding the fine line between under training and over training.. i think that's the holy grail of Penis Enlargement.. and some1 as seasoned as you could contribute greately to such a topic

Do you warm up? and for how long? this is 1 aspect of Penis Enlargement that I think alot of people everlook.

Warm up for at least 10 mins
stretch in all directions,about 10 sets holding each one for about 15 sec. Maybe rotations.
Jelq around 500-600 2-3 sec duration
girth exercises, I do these until I feel fatigued. I do DLDs cross legged jelq for this. plus that ferarri thing.
Lig massage for up to 10 mins
Warm down at least another 10 mins

Basically do what your comfortable with, but never over do it. if I feel fatigued part way through my routine I ease up a little but still do the full routine. I usually rest for 1 or 2 days a week. Cheers brother. ;)

you know its funny you mention this.. i never used to warm up until recently.

What I'm doing is I'm getting an erection, edge, and go right to the edge of cumming and stop.. 3 times.. then i sit in the hot tub for 10 mins..

i really dont like the whole 'hot wrap' deal.. its messy and not effective.

what's the lig massage and what's it good for? promoting blood i would assume?

The ligament massage. After everything is done I massage the stretched ligs at the base of the penis. Yep your right, it promotes blood flow for healing, and personally I find it helps to stop the ligs retracting to their original length. It also helps the tight ligs to relax, reducing some of that stretched tight feeling you get. ;)

here's a question tho.. if you feel 'fatigued' in your CC and CS chambers the day after a workout, do you still Penis Enlargement or do you take that day off? you know the feeling? like there's a dull soreness inside the penis after heavy girth work and the day after it.

Yep I do still workout, but with less effort. I find that the lighter workout, which will still help your gains also increases the blood flow to those affected areas and almost relieves some of dull soreness your talking about. Also I find if I have sex while feeling this dull soreness it feels really good, Pleasure pain maybe he heLMAO . plus I find the feeling sometimes subsides after sex. ;)

ok fine. I will do exactly as you've said. except I'm a seasoned clamper. so I will be substituting that for the girth work.

what time line did you get ur gains once you realized what the best routine for you was?.... which is what you described here.

About 2 1/2 years in total. The routine I explained here is what I tried to use to stay concrete but found I was gaining faster doing this than what my routine was doing, so I eased up abit, and I never used the DLD cross legged jelqs cuase I didn't know about them until I joined here. It's probably a good idea to clamp for your girth, since you are seasoned at it. Let me know how you get on, and PM me anytime. I'll be glad to help you if I can brother.;)

what do you mean exactly? did you ease off a more intense routine you originally had, or did you take more rest from this routine you described here?
