Welcome supersoaka, Go to the newbie forum and see the newbie routines. Add anything there that is not in your current routine. Take the time to search out advanced exercises posted here as well. As you become more experienced. Add some different exercises to your routine. Increase your reps and intensity also would help.

umm i hold a stretch for 30-60 secondsin each direction

i heli shake for 30-45 seconds

jelq for 2 minutes at a time
