Let's discuss all those things that really "grind your gears" and drive you batshit insane.

I'll start.

The guy at work who insists on singing along to the radio to every song (he hums when he doesn't know the words) at least 1 full octave higher than the original song. Imagine if you will hearing the latest female pop song, which is already in a high pitch, being sung higher. If the original song is in a deeper male voice he'll go 2 octaves higher.

I didn't know Michael Jackson songs could be sung at such a high pitch until the other day.

Fortunately he's in tune but I swear it's approaching dog whistle frequencies.

What grinds your gears?

for me , it would have to be the Mother inlaw, she lives with me, she has asked my spouse 2 nights in a row while I was in the bathroom doing my routine. why I was taking so long, but that is not all, she has a cat she calls ever 2 seconds, the cat looks at her like stfu old lady and leave me the hell alone, she has a bad habit of taking her walking cain and smacking it on the floor when she doesnt get her way. And oh yes how can I forget she turns into a complete bitch when she does not take her zoloft woman is a pain in my ass. my spouse has 4 brothers and none of them do a damn thing,

"Mom he's taking a bath! Can the man bathe in peace?"

I've seen some people get real nasty when they're off their meds. My wife's grandmother, before she passed, was on meds for her bipolar disorder. Two days before the funeral for her one son in law she told his son that he was a disgrace to his father and the family because he had some issues with drugs in the past. The guy was trying to bury his father after a long and painful illness and grandma is telling him he's a piece of shit. She was nasty as hell to pretty much everyone while smiling at them for 2 days before it was discovered she hadn't taken her meds in a few days.

She knew exactly what she was saying too, she just didn't care. She gave a few half ass aplolgies that she didn't mean at all the day of the funeral because her meds were kicking in. She could be a really nice woman when she wanted to but she never learned to control her mouth. She admitted many times over the years that it was her inability to shut up when she should that cost her the love of her husband and drove him away. She told anyone that would listen how she learned the hard way that speaking your mind isn't always worth it and can cost you the things you love.

Good luck with her. I've seen some of your other posts about her. Your woman should love you unconditionally until the end of time for having to live with that. Shows how much you care about her.

Oh my woman does love me, yeah we have our days, her mom was in the hospital for 5 days, it was like me and my spouse had just got together, I stared to get out the tub, walk to the bath room door, and go I AM TAKING SO LONG BECAUSE I AM PUMPING MY DICK, I was able to hear her she she asked lol.

I'd go nuts.

My one sister in law and 2 of her kids lived with us for a month or so until there was a huge falling out between the 2 of them. Not our fault you became homeless because you and your husband didn't want to work.

I lived with my one sister and her roommate for a year and a half and that sucked after a while. Every time I cooked I heard complaints because I was cooking meat and she's a vegetarian. She's also extremely passive-aggressive, always needs to be the center of attention, and is always right.

I started eating at the bar 4 nights a week and fast food the other 3 so I didn't have to hear the complaints. I also started living in my room or at the bar when I wasn't at work so I could avoid the BS of things like "the bleach you used in the washer ruined my shirt." Still trying to figure that out cause I did 2 loads of laundry after that and the other girl did 2 as well and our clothes were fine. It was magic bleach that only worked every 5 washes.....

lol, I do all the cooking, wash my own clothes, and they both love my cooking but half the time they wanna eat fast food. yeah shes nuts, blames the way the cat acts on me.

what grinds my gears? someone stealing Peter Griffin's news segment, lol (jk)

It takes too much energy to get worked-up over trivial stuff...I kinda just move-along and find space where it's no longer an issue. A wise man once said, 'if someone angers you, they own you'. I don't like to give anyone the power over how I feel/think...ooops, I think I just went 'too real' on a light hearted post, my bad :)

You should tell her cats display the traits of their owners and see how that goes lol

It really grinds my gears when people tell me.... lol

I didn't even think about Peter's news segment until after I hit "submit."

I agree and I've cut a lot of people out of my life because of their BS. Some things you just can't get away from and have to learn to deal with like his mother in law.

Generally I avoid BS and try to be stress free. Key word - try. It doesn't always happen but I do my best.

Lack of lubrication ruins everything.

I miss Clarkson et al Top Gear :( Chris Evans was nothing but a giant annoying bitch. First episode he's jumping up and down screaming like a spoiled brat "we got the Stig! We got the Stig!"

Fucking worthless tool bag.

At least LeBlanc can act mature about it. He's trying to give an entertaining show where Evans was all about showing off.

sad but true...the old gang have a new show and I believe it's aired through Amazon somehow

I've got another that grinds my gears.... work.

We have a lazy guy at work. His work has a direct effect on everyone after him.

All week he's been slacking off and he leaves after his 8 hours are up. Meanwhile everyone on the shifts after him has to pick up the slack and we're all working twice as hard. Many of us are racking up OT when we'd rather be off work.

The part that throws sand in the gears is management is fully aware of the problem. They should tell him they don't care that he's been here 23 years as he's now costing the company more money than he's worth.

They won't do a thing about it. That is seizing up my transmission.

And I'm not allowed to kill him and hide the body.

Long Session?

lol, no. Clared was bitchin' about a lazy co-worker and it reminded me of that movie. If I was planning a 'long session', I'd have to start slow/soft with a Twisty's vid and probably have to amp-it-up toward the end with a Monster Dildo flick, lol
