What pieces of equipment should I start off with and in which order

Once organized, I plan to be one of the 1st to order the SRT tool kit.

I’m expecting that tool kit to be ready any day now with a big 25% off. It’ll save so much money for people who want to do the best routine in the world, SRT.

Cool but whats the difference between that and the dvd you sale on the store

The DVD is much higher quality video and it has some extras like interviews, special features, and other things that aren’t included on the site but you’re not really missing too much so stick with the free site. I’d rather see you spend that money on a SiliStretcher or Lengthmaster.

Ok gotcha thanks

One piece of 'equipment' that I believe might be the most important is your Brain. Mental strength and positivity are paramount in getting you through the plateaus as well as all the bumps/bruises that occur along the way. PE is not for the faint-of-heart, it takes (and I've said/typed this many times) discipline, dedication and determination. The beauty of this tool, is the fact that it's always in your possession and it's 100% yours :)

No problem my brother just looking to save you money. If you need anything else just let me know. And as above Big said the three D’s are just as important as any other tool

I'm looking at the SRT package, but recently lost $330. I am trying to determine which tool would be most beneficial: the length master or the silli stretcher if I chose to order 1 tool over the package deal. I am already using a size genetics for traction stretching as much as possible (6- 8 hours daily) but feel that I might be able to use a sili stretcher in more situations for stealthy all day stretching (work when bending and lifting and the summer months where I typically go shirtless due to heat intolerance). However, the lengthmaster would def provide benefits over my basic hand stretches.

I would get the SiliStretcher first and then grab the Lengthmaster next. I’m really putting a lot of work into the SiliStretcher lately and have come up with some really good workouts for making the length gains. I’ll show you the links below. But the SiliStretcher and the Lengthmaster are very different from one another and they both do a very important job. Nothing beats the lengthmaster for manual stretching, Hanging and fulcrum Stretching. But nothing beats the SiliStretcher For many other reasons. Here are the two routines.

Thanx! I’ll check those links out. That was the direction I was leaning toward too. I feel I’d get more total time in using the silli stretcher and all of its various uses. I’d be very interested in learning the various ways you use this tool.
