One of my favorite stretches I do is to pull all the way straight out, then take a finger from the other hand and hook right on a certain spot dead in the middle of my penis, then pull straight upwards like the method of stretching your deep inner penis. When the stretch is right, I can feel my shaft stretching better than any other exercise and the stretch goes all the way down to my PC muscle. Has somebody already posted this and my subconscious just absorbed it without me realizing, or did I figure this out on my own? :p
 
Same technique, minus the leg lift, but I hit the middle of my shaft instead of the deep ligs.
 
This is one of my own RK exercises, except I curl/hook my thumb at middle of shaft, push in, and with the other hand I push up my frenelum or corona, all the while holding a RK. Each repis 30 secs to a minute or more
 
I reverse kegel while doing them sometimes too. If it hasn't been named yet, I'm calling them the Dmoney D Stretchers haha

Like I said, I don't pull from deep down, I pull around the midpoint of my shaft.
 
Indeed it is. When you hit that sweet spot, it feel like every inch of your penis all the way down to your ass is being stretched.

ive been stretching straight out with my LM then using the PA to press straight down in the middle of the shaft. gives an amazing inner penis stretch.

they work amazingly for intense sessions...it's like hanging but easier to do in multiple directions
 
I know using a sock works well, so I can imagine how much better the bands would be. I just can't find the ones that should be hidden away somewhere in my house.

what do you mean that should be hidden away in your house...mine are exercise equipment so even if i lived with someone or family they would just think it is for exercise
 
I'm not saying they should be, I'm just saying they are because they never get used. Plus I moved recently

oh you already have them and just can't find them...wasn't sure what you meant exactly
