haha true, i usually only buy the protein and only once during a month, if I buy then, because you get 20% off your purchases in the first 7 days of the month. bodybuilding.com is a great source, because they tell you all about the products you are buying as well as give you their own reccomendations, and even tell you what products work well with that choice. It's a great site, both the cyberstore and the regular site.
Philadelph is absolutely right, however. Diet is by far the most important thing when it comes to exercise, bodybuilding, and general nutrition. It remains paramount even after you have gotten it straight and have a solid meal and exercise plan. The last thing anybody wants is to put the pounds they just lost right back on. If you have been working out steadily for at least 6 months, however, then it is safe to begin to supplement. This is because you will want to get to know your body's strong points, and if you begin to supplement before you do, then you won't know what to really work on when you are exercising.
BTW, I LOVE your picture in your signature!!! ROFL
