Im gone to tell u right now GNC stores are a rip off and also they will tell u anything to sell there product. If u have another place in your town by it there or go to bodybuilding.com and buy stuff. We have two places close to here,GNC and some other place i cant think of but it is usely 20 cheaper or so than gnc stores.Supra do u eat alot of tuna, baked chicken egg whites?
I think u would come out better going on bodybuilding.com and asking on them foruns.By you some stuff to clean your face with and there is some soap that has lemons or something in it that helps alot but i cant remember the name of it but a docter told my brother to use it and it helped from what he told me.I use that klear stuff thats like proactive but not sure if it works or now because i still get some pimples.I get black heads alot.

Thanks bro. You're right, GNC is terribly overpriced and understaffed with smart physically capable people. They salesmen don't know jack shit about anything, its often me educating them about what they're putting on the shelf, its hilarious! "uh, do you happen to know what this is and what it does, what I'm putting on the shelf here?" "yeah, its creatine, you idiot!" "oh, i knew that, the protein formula!!" It's pathetic, the shit they think they know! I once was told to buy an MRP in place of creatine because it had the same products, and to supplement Andro instead of NO2. Those times were rather memorable, let me tell you...

I can tell you from experience the best company to go with is Beverly International. they are called the kings of protein for a reason. there a small company, but they have been around since 1967, basically one of the founding companies in the industry. I've been using their stuff for about a year and a half now, and the stuff is as good as they claim it to be, especially for cutting and gaining lean mass at the same time. I also use some of the Performance line from Advocare, and I have three of my clients using the Metabolic Nutrition System since it's cheaper to buy as a whole package than to buy a thermogenic, a multi-vitamin, and EFA tabs.
I've used Muscletech, EAS, and Metrx, and they are all good companies, but I never got the results I wanted. I really feel that it's because the quality and purity of the products are so different.
