Girth something I didnt really aim for in the begining,but achieved alot of it for following a simple routine.

More than 12 glasses a water and over 1000 kegals a day.
Dry Jelque in every direction possible,and lots of hot wraps.Before workout,in between workout,and at the end of workout.I use to do alot of wrapping and kegal also.

Give it 2 weeks and work that routine with at least 5 days on,swole my piece of something crazy.

having sex,and or beating off with releasing also helps this routine
 
I do a super set based off other peoples ideas and knowledge:
1. Pump for 20 minutes
2. 5 SupraSlamers
3. Constrictor (clamping) for 15-20 minutes.
Needless to say, when i do this, I get a nice fatty.

Tried the pipe insulation yesterday and today and I like it. When I bought it I greatly underestimated my girth as I measured circumference before I left to go to the store but not width and turns out I needed the width measurement. So I guessed and turns out I am alot larger when looking at other things in comparision. Closing in on 6 EG. Point of all that is that I made my insulation bigger by cutting an extra piece and attaching it to the tape sides of the insul and it is working well.
So far the insulation is more comfortable and seems safer as well. Doesnt compress on the nerves as much.
