Hello all I really need your help as I have a problem.

I've been using my X4 labs extender with the maximum tension springs (4200g).

Obviously I was using it to straighten my upward curved penis but I weared the extender pointed upwards for several weeks 4-6 hours a day & I felt my ligaments underneath my penis getting really stretched.

In foresight I thought it was straightening my penis because my ligaments were getting stretched but then for several weeks/months I felt pain from my ligs underneath my penis that got stretched & suddenly on day I looked in the mirror & my penis became more curved upwards now it's more than a 30 degree angle I'd rather not check cause its embarassing it's probably 40 degrees!

I screwed up in a way its my fault but it's the companys fault ( X4 labs & Size genetics) they just send you the extender in the package with no instructions. On their website they say you can wear it upwards, straight out or downwards it doesnt matter but obviously it does matter.

If you have a downward curve you point the extender upwards but if you have a upward curve you point the extender downwards.

Anyway I'm done with extenders when I point it straight out ( 9 o'clock angle) or even at the 8 o'clock angle I can feel the ligs underneath my penis getting stretched more than the ligs on the top of my penis ( suspensory ligaments). Also the ligs on the left side are getting stretched more than the ligs on the right hand side so if I continue using it it will create a right or left curve, it will make things worse.

I have tried pointed the extender downwards but after every session everyday I dont feel any pain ( I don't think the extender works when I point it downwards)

So I intend to reduce the curvature of my penis with the LG hanger does it straighten a penis? Is it meant to reduce/fix a curvature since it's called LG ( L: length & G: girth) so it's only to gain length & girth but it won;t straighten a curved penis?

I appreciate your help & advice

Thanking you in advance

I also have an upward curve which I think I go from using the SG. I've never seen anyone who completely corrected a curve but you can try. I don't know if hanging can help with the correction.

I feel the LG is overpriced. I'd honestly suggest looking on a site like aliexpress.com and get a cheap vacuum hanger there first to see if you can even use one without blister problems.

There are many things you can use correct a curve. The most effective would be erect jelqs against the curve, this works to create or correct a curve. New daily extender use is good but what will straighten you out much more what be a BathMate, using the BathMate erect forces blood into the penis while the vacuum pulls penis straight. Hanging may help a bit if it is straight down hanging, this can be done with your LengthMaster by using the chamber only. Very difficult to do but upward stretches will cause the Tunica to stretch possibly correcting the curve. Use you LM to get the most force. Wrapping and extending, as far as straightness is concerned, will both help out too. I wish you the best. Start with the erect jelqs immediately!

Wow so you had a straight penis but the SG extender gave you an upward curve? That sucks! Although I read about another guy who used a penis extender which made his upward curve worse but it also made his penis longer ( mine didn't/isn't any bigger) so it's not an issue for him.

I'm not really bothered about the curve. As a matter of fact, my sex life now is far better than before.

Thanks for replying. I was hoping you could give me some advice as you;'re a veteran around here & if I remember you stated previously that you created an upward curve so I thought you could give me some pointers how to do the opposite ( straighten an upward curve).

I've tried Erect jelqing but I don't really know how to do them correctly so I didn't get any results

I'm reluctant to use a penis extender again as it could make my upward curve more bent ( as it has done ( I've gone from a 30° angle to a 40°angle!) I was using the X4 Labs but before I was using the JES extender.

I really wanna buy a hanger to reduce the curvature but is it FDA approved to straighten a curved penis? Do you know anyone who has managed to reduce their curvature with a hanger? I was told that only penis extenders & penis enlargement surgery was the only way to straighten a penis 100%.

I have dealt with many men with curvature and they corrected through the method I have given. An upward curve can be also be straightened using upward stretches but the hand will not be strong enough, the LengthMaster will be needed to get the intensity you will need. The LengthMaster also is a hanger so you can experiment there too.

How much weight can you hang with the LengthMaster?

I came accross a penis pump that I think could straighten my bent/curved penis but my fear is that it will make my penis thinner overtime & make my glans shrink/smaller as my penis is not long ( 5.4inch) but it's very thick/girthy ( 5.1 inch)

So if I bought & used this penis pump with a narrow cyclinder (1.25 inch wide) would it work to reduce the curvature of my penis? Here's the link of the
product:

I want to keep my "mushroom" head glans & I'd rather have a short thick straight penis. I dont wanna end up with a short straight thin penis

The LengthMaster can be used with weight up to 70 pounds (that is the heaviest I have gone).

I'm not sure whether I should buy a vacuum hanger, has anyone significantly reduced their curvature by hanging??

I agree the LG is pricey it's 450$ including delivery to Europe. I can't decide whether I should buy a hanger or use the JES extender??

I started out with a banana curved penis of 30 degree curve so I decided to use the JES which straighten the first 2 inches of my penis at the base but then I decided to use the X4 labs as it had more tension compared to the JES (4200g> 2800g) but the X4 labs made my penis more bent!

So I'm reluctant to use a penis extender again, do you think I should go back to using the JES as it's what straightened my penis in the first place ??

Sometimes more force isn't necessarily better. (The tension force compared between JES and X4 labs.)
You did mentioned the JES worked well for correcting, so maybe it could be the solution for now.
One can't mould his penis overnight, so the JES with lower tension honestly might work better for curve correction.

Surely extender veterans will chime in soon, I have more "play time" with certain pumps, which haven't affected my slight curve to better or worse, more so I'm pretty straight when it comes to my penis curvature.
Certain amount of curvature is good in most cases anyhow, but of course excessive can come in the way of pleasurable sex or overall well-being.

It sounds to me like you may have been over stretching and caused additional damage. I was able to use an SG and erect jelqs (at DLD guidance) to significantly correct my downward curve. It's not completely gone but reduced by half and not a problem at all anymore.

I am no expert here, but I would say maybe it's time bring the intensity down some and use the extender to work on the plaque causing the peyronies, NOT the ligaments. You don't need expressive stretching to correct a curve, you need to stretch the shaft of the penis and the plaque and scar tissue build up that is keeping the penis from extending in a symmetrical fashion.

Try sessions at 800-1000g intensity for 4-6 hours, and try stretching in the upright position so it focus on the tunica not the ligaments. I'll let @DLD add anything else.

Yes the X4 Labs did the damage it has the highest tension springs (4200g) compared to other penis extenders & it was the day I pointed it upwards that made my penis more bent

I could use the JES or the SG

I could use the JES or the SG but will it straighten or significantly reduce my upward curve since it has 2800g tension which is less than the X4 Labs so it would be ineffective?

The thing is I don't have peyronie's. I have congential curvature so I haven't got any plaque. I feel I need to stretch my suspansary ligamentson the top of my penis & not the ligaments underneath my penis.

I'm thinking of buying the LG hanger but I have some issues with it. How do I prevent blisters? And I have no idea how to use the hand pump, at what pressure do I have to pump 5hg? 8hg?

I don't wanna spend 400$ on something if I don't know how to wear it or use it

I've tried manual exercises such as jelqing, upward stretches but it's not working as it hasn't reduced my curve

I'm skeptical about the Bathmate, has anyone really straightened their curved penis uising the BM?

I think Jake is right if the curve got worse means you got peyronies.

The bathmate will not work on your curvature, this is from personal experience, it had no impact on mine.

I reduced mine by over 50% using the SG (same exact thing as the X4 labs). Just don't stretch as hard, you need consistent traction at a lower tension to fatigue and stretch the penis evenly. The suspensory ligaments very very rarely cause the curvature itself, it is either plaque or for forming of the tunica/cc.

Over stretching at too high a strength, more than your penis is conditioned for, you could work up to 4200g, but starting there is like trying to deadlift 500lbs without first seeing if you can do 200, you are likely to hurt yourself. I would recommend continuing with the X4 labs device, but keep it around 1000g max. Over time you can work your way up to higher tension, to allow for more growth if you want that.
