Hello! Something that is pretty common with me is that when i get an erection and it's rock solid it subsides very fast if i don't keep stimulating my penis visually and physically.
Lets say i masturbate to , when i have reached 100% erection and
stops touching myself, my erection % will lower very fast, doesn't matter if i watch or have sex in real life. If i have sex in real life, i will not get hard by satisfying or horny by satisfying the girl. She has to touch me before i can achieve my 100% erection, and if they stop for a moment it will subside really fast. This makes me stressed when i have sex. Like when changing position i get stressed easily because i'm afraid i will loose erection quality and make it impossible to have sex. That would end it all very sadly.

So basically i have a pretty hard time getting to the point where my erection peaks, but it's no problem at all when it peaks, i'm very proud of my 100% erection at the moment and i want to reach it easy and be able to use it for as long as i wants.
It's just that i have problem getting to the peak and stay there. I don't say this happen everytime, randomly when i feel comfortable with a girlfriend i sometimes manage to have a really nice erection for a really long time. But it usually subsides very easy, it's like i can get bored or something.

What i want is a penis that i can easily turn into 100% erection and let him stay there for a long period enough to satisfy myself and the girl i'm with. Just want to get rid of the "subside" thing happening down there so easily.
It actually feels like it's more a mental problem than physical problem, but i don't know.

Can you help me guys?

How much kegels and revers kegels you do every day bro ?

I don't have any keegel/reverse routine aside from my original workouts. I get in keegels during my edging sessions, and sometimes when i feel i do some reverse keegels in the end of or inbetween the edging session. I always finish of my sessions with edging.

I haven't think about if the keegels/reverse keegels is the problem since my erection strength is awesome, my penis can be hard like a rock and veiny. And the angle is really good aswell.

Well let me ask you this, can you hold your kegel for several minutes or just few secs ?
If not minutes, that should be your goal.

I can hold it more than a few seconds at least. Haven't take time for how long i can hold. At least i can hold it long & strong enough for an orgasm to go away when i'm at the PONR.

Edit: I hold a keegel now just to try, i got 32 seconds. But i had a great girth session about 1-2 hours ago so it's not fair as my penis is probably sore from that.

For me Kegels became something I did the entire day, everyday. I put it to memory and eventually it was a subconscious task that I did not even realize I was doing. I think this heavy kegel work completely benefitted my gains in the way of supportive blood for a larger sized penis. My Pelvic Floor Muscles are very strong and I started PE with an erection angle of 11:00 and today, with a much larger penis, I have the same angle and I attribute this to Kegels.

Are your pelvic floor balanced though? Sounds like you do a lot of regular keegels, what about the reverse ones? Do you have any specific routine?

For me regular kegels never felt like they did anything but cause tension in my pelvic floor. Never seemed to get stronger from them. I started to doing towel raises instead. Very intense and over fairly fast. I have noticed my kegel has gotten stronger as I can do more reps/sets and I can feel my erection is harder than before after only a couple of weeks. I do some reverse kegels in the shower but I dont think its needed since I dont get any excess tension in my pelvic floor from my kegel routine.

Works for me.

Exactly what i think about when DLD talks about his massive keegel routine. You would probably get tensions in the pelvic floor if you don't mix it with reverse keegels or do too much keegels. I just use my hand/fingers to push the penis down a little bit with the force i feel is enough, and then i do a keegel. I call them Keegel Push ups.

Reverse Kegels have absolutely no effect on the Pelvic Floor Muscles, when we do a RK we are unflexing the PFM and allowing for a better stretch. Strength and endurance come from Kegels. I came out with Reverse Kegels years ago when I invented DLD Blasters, they were simply meant to put the PFM into a total unflex so that when you go to stretch they will not take up part of the stretch, the entire stretch goes to your ligaments.

But in the case of having too much tension in your pelvic floor reverse kegels would help remove that tension by stretching the muscles which I think is what he means by balance. Unless I have misunderstood things completely.

Back at the PEGym forum they put much focus into how important it is to have a balanced pelvic floor. A regular keegel is to strengthen the pelvic floor and make harder/better erections achievable, but if you only do those it will lead to ED because you will have
involuntary spasm in the pelvic floor area which will lead to you getting to the PONR much faster during sex. If you are able to relax your pelvic floor during intercourse it will take longer time to reach PONR, which is good if you wanna last longer in bed. Try it yourself, if you do a lot of keegels during masturbation/sex you will get to the PONR much quicker. A reverse keegel is meant to reverse this effect. If you suffer from involuntary spasm in the pelvic floor reverse keegels will be the cure for it, eventually you will be able to control the pelvic floor area better, instead of the pelvic floor controlling you.

Like I said what you´re talking about here is when you get too much tension in your pelvic floor from too much work just like what can happen with any other muscle. When this happens stretching the muscle with reverse kegels will fix the problem. However reverse kegels for this purpose is not nessesary for those who do not have a overly tense pelvic floor. A strong muscle is a flexible muscle and it is perfectly possible to train your pelvic floor muscle without ever needing reverse kegels.

Seems logical.

This topic actually started here, on MOS as far as PONR. The Reverse Kegel is something I invented also. lol, these folks are just plain old thief's!

I asked my self this very question today also haha

It irritates me that they do not give us credit, it is straight up and down a violation. But still, in my heart, I believe that regardless of who invented what, the thing that matters most is men are making gains. Plagiarism with lower level sites is a normal part of MOS being #1. Shit, if it was not for us I think the world would still be fucking with 3 exercises.

I think PE is following the same curves of bodybuilding. As more people find it, more exercises come about, more techniques, knowledge ect. Like once upon a time 500lb bench would be an impossible feat. Now go you tube 500lb bench. I draw alot of correlations between the gym and PE cause I think they are very similar. I hope one day 1x1 gain will be just a common feat.
