Hey,
First post! WOO!
Just wondering what some of your opinions were on products like Fastsize or SizeGenetics. The products seem to make some sense, appealing to the same logic and methods one uses when various body parts are stretched. For instance, those hoops (forgive my ignorance) some African tribes would use to stretch the length of the neck.
What do you all think? Anyone given it a try?
 
Extenders are the shit. There is no better way to get an all day stretch on than like an Extender. The cool thing is they are completely concealed under your clothing so it enables you to do stretching for much more time than manual exercises alone. The thing is nothing will replace manual stretching, it is the source of the best length gains. An extender is a wonderful supplement and it will give you gains but it is just that, a supplement, and it should be used in conjunction with a manual program.

The next thing is price. All extenders are virtually identical. They are all manufactured at the same place and companies order them private label. Things like logo, company name, different color straps or even a different strap all together are available. The actual item itself does not change therefor any one you buy will be the same as the next. You gotta get yourself a Static Stretcher my friend! You will change you rmind about this, I guarantee. No more taking the thing off every hour, in fact, you can wear it all day without removing it once you get the hang of it. But you are definitely right about the part where it is used as a supplement to a manual stretching or hanging program.

DLD ... or anyone who has experience with this. If i were to supplament my hanging (about 2 hours a day) with 2 hours of ADSing... what percent increase would you guess i would gain at?

I have an ADS but rarely wear it. I could put in more time with it but do not know how much benefit it would add considering my workload.
 
they are a good complement to manual stretching. I have good experiences in using a extender for over a year now. If you choose to buy one I can give you some tips on proper padding, protection that I´m using.

thanks Fedora. I have one made by Male Core... I just never wear it. I think it fits and works as an extender should. I guess my question is I already train 2 hours a day hanging. If I cannot add another 25% to the results by 2 more hours of ADS i would probably chose to skip even trying it.
 
I think 25% is a gross underestimate. From my experience, gains are very slow or non-existent without an ADS. An ADS provides two main benefits (if not more):

#1 - Healing in an extended state: If your tissue heals in a contracted state, you will make no length gains and the tissue will become less pliable, meaning it will take more weight to cause the same amount of growth stimulus next time. If you heal in an extended state, you somewhat prevent your body's ability to strengthen the tissue.

#2 - Decrease time required to reach fatigue next session: If you do not use an ADS, you might be completely recovered by the next session. This is not good, because you want to capitalize on the fatigue you caused from yesterday's training session. This could save you an hour or two of hanging to get to the same point you left off the day before.

Also, if the ADS is worn at a reasonably high tension, it may cause further creep in addition to what you caused from your hanging set. This is not necessary, but another possible explanation of why ADS usage improves gains tremendously.
 
thanks goldmember... my question now is

1) if i were only able to put in 2 hours a day would that be worthwhile enough
2) can i try sleeping with it on at low tension (i wake up at any discomfort)
3) my extender has 3 bars of pressure. i prefer the medium one as it is most comfortable to wear for longer periods on my shaft. is this ok to continue at this resistance?

thanks for your feedback with this. If i am able to capitalize on results from my hanging better i will attempt to do so.
 
ADS is a great concept , but so far the vimax and others that i have tried dont do nothing for me , I think ill buy what goldmember is wearing , he knows his shit
 
Hey guys..... So basically in a couple of weeks I want to buy some sort of supplement device. So would you guys recommend the Powest assist or Vimax first?

The are working in two different ways, the power assist is for intense manual stretching. And the Vimax for long traction use. That´s why they probably complement eachother very good.
If you are looking for a traction device as a compliment to your manual routine, then you should go for the vimax. It all depends on which kind of device you´re looking for.

What estimation in percent do you think your growth would be limited without wearing the extender everyday? Are you doing 5 hrs pretty reguarly?

Two hours is better than none. If you are doing an intense Penis Enlargement program, and using the extender for supplemental purposes, two hours might be enough to do something. The more hours is the extender, the better.

I tried wearing mine to sleep but I find that my circulation is much worse when laying down than when I'm up and about. I couldn't last more than one hour before I woke up and chucked the thing across the room. It could be a good way to get one hour in though.

You do not need very much tension when you use it as a supplemental Penis Enlargement aide. Time is more important than tension when it comes to ADS usage, when it is being used as a supplement. Time is first priority, second priority is tension.
 
Thanks Goldmenber. I am committing this month's routine to ADSing as much as possible on top of my hanging and will be interested to see the rate of improvement comparison. BTW - I tried sleeping with it last night and had the same thing happen to me...I chucked it even!

It´s har to say, because I bought my extender in june 2006, and been doing manual pe for less and more during periods since october 2004, so when I bought it I was already passed the more easy achieved newbie gains.

But the first 6 months beetween june-december 2006 I only used the extender and no manual exercises due to lack of space and time, and I wanted it to be an experiment to see if it really worked. In the starting period less hours and towards the end up to 8 hrs/day, but about 5 hrs/ in average.
My gains during this period was in BPenis EnlargementL 1,1 cm. Which was ok for me at that time.
Now I´m doing a manual routine and using my extender as a compliment, the focus is to heal in the extended state for me now.
I have during september used it between 5-9 hours a day, approx. for about 6.5 hrs/day, I always bring it with me wherever I go. Mount it at a train toilet, then dismount it on a café toilet. It requires so much dedication, just like manual pe but in a different way.
But it is of course worth it!

As was stated, it's comparing apples and oranges. One is meant to give short duration, high tension and the other is longer, low tension.
