It is untrue that the spongiosum is not supposed to erect as much as the cavernosa! The glans and spongiosum SHOULD be rock hard, just as the cavernosa. A major cause of this is the presence of blood congestion in the root of the penis(perineum), which will also cause premature ejaculation. After tensing the "pc muscle" repeatedly it becomes trained to always contract and then pockets of blood will clump there and further compress the nerves and impede blood flow to the corpus spongiosum. www.lovetao.com Ask Dr.Lin!

You might need vacuum cupping massage to draw the congestion out of the prostate muscle and surrounding area

He is saying that Kegels impede bloodflow to the CS. This is obviously at least partially untrue, but what amount of truth does it hold?

Was this the question? "Is Dr. Lin's statement true?"

Generally the answer to that question is "No!" And in this case, I believe that is the answer. Kegels have been proven to increase bloodflow to the penis, and if you observe your penis when you do a hard kegel, your CS and head both expand. I think if anything, we Penis Enlargementers should be doing MORE kegels, because that is one part that a lot of us get really slack on (including myself).

But make sure you do your fair share of reverse kegels too. Nobody wants a bad case of premature ejaculation. :D

Remember, most of Dr. Lin's site is dedicated toward making you think that Penis Enlargement doesn't work, unless you do it his way and make absolutely certain that you buy his products. ;)

Oh yes, and any site that contains this line is not worth looking at:

After her husband failed to maintain his erection for her, she is interested in dog sex for sexual orgasm. Can she have a dog tie? Dr. Lin's saddest advice! Updated (3/17/2004): She had experienced powerful multiple orgasms with the high-temperature dog penis and semen (3 degrees F higher than the human's).* Dog Sex can be a powerful therapy for urinary incontinence!

I think that pretty much sums up the value of Dr. Lin's advice. :D

I remember visiting that site once and thinking, "That person is insane!!!"

Dr Lin is a dickhead and a quack. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THIS GUY SAYS!

I always thought Kegels were a cure for premature ejaculation. Does anyone have a good Kegel/Reverse Kegel routine?

Hey 9, do you mean do reverse kegels even when you dont have your dick out???? or just when your trying not to blow??

I didnt know you could build that muscle up

I think it's good to do RK's with your regular PC routine. That way you get used to doing it and it will get easier to do it when it's really important.

BDS, check the pre-ejac thread in my signature.

Copied from http://sprojects.mmi.mcgill.ca/urology/anatomy_html.htm (the mumbo jumbo seems worse than it is)

The tunica albuginea of the penis(above) consists of two fibro-elastic connective tissue layers, an inner circular and an outer longitudinal. The inner circular connective tissue layer serves to contain the erectile tissue's diameter during erection. This is analogous to inserting a balloon into a drinking straw and attempting to blow it up. In the corpus cavernosum, this layer is also continuous with "intracavernosal struts" or spokes radiating from the connective tissue surrounding the cavernosal or deep artery. These act to increase the ability of the circular layer to contain the diameter of the expanding penis. The corpus spongiosum must maintain a lower pressure in order to allow semen to pass through the urethra center and for this reason there are no struts here to allow more for distensability in the tissue. The outer longitudinal layer is present to regulate the length of the expanding penis and it extends from the glans to the proximal crura of the penis where it inserts into the pubic ramus.
So basically it's supposed to be softer.

I shure would be great to have a head full of blood, but that has never been my case. Always half-filled. Have to hold a kegel to have it filled... annoying.

I think Supra mentioned awhile back that FR made his glans hard. Does that happen all the time? Does your head just fill up and stay that way?
