Since I have started phase 2 of DLD's program these last couple of days I have been finding that doing the blaster routine first and then trying to follow with the super sets 3-4 hours later I am still too fatigued to maintain a sufficient erection to perform the exercises sufficiently. I'm thinking of breaking it up into morning and late evening sessions. I would do my supersets of girth work in the morning to get the most out of my morning wood and do the blaster routine before going to bed. Is anyone else following a similar schedule or a variation of this? What seems to work best for you guys that are in this kind of situation? Any input will be appreciated. Thanks guys, B1.
