Hi, this is my first time posting here.

I am not a newb i do currently hanging .
Also some jelqing.

Are there any exercises that don't need too much muscular strength? I would like to stay lazy when Penis Enlargementing so i love hanging .

Is it necessary to throw in some stretches or special exercises?

Or is a routine of 2 hours of hanging each day enough to gain??

I appreciate your responses!

I'm not the expert on hanging (or anything :p ) but 2 hours hanging is quite a bit , gains should come.

Hanging is probably the laziest exercise (along with the Lazy Ass Stretch ) , but if you want a more rounded set of exercise chuck in some basic Jelqing , it will improve the overall health , even with just a couple of hundred a day.

I already DO some jelqs :)

But is it really necessary to leave the path of hanging &jelqing by throwing in a lot of strenuous manual exercises like special stretches ?

Depends on whether you want to gain quickly or not. Failure to do some sort of manual exercises will result in slower gains in general. Being lazy is an excuse not to put in the effort. This in the end is your choice however. Hanging will bring length gains but in the absence of a good girth workout, you will probably get a reverse baseball bat effect.

I would put in some effort if it pays off in the end.....

When I already do nearly 2 hours of hanging a day and 15 minutes of jelqing what else could be done to speed up my gaining?

Or is this routine solid enough??

Try adding some of DLD's stretches to you routine. Adding Uli's and squeezes also may help. Generally you should be spending a minimum of 20 minutes a day or more on your manual exercises. A-Stretch , bundled stretch or whatever stretches you want to do and 20 minutes of girth work per day on a 2 on 1 off schedule.. This could be jelqing, Uli's, Squeezes, etc.. There are many variations to all the exercises. Check it out.

2 hours a day of hanging should yield gains for you. That is, if you are reaching fatigue every day that you hang. Check some posts in the hangers forum....basically, read all the posts in bold print at the top of the forum.

2 hours a day is double what most guys hang. You should shoot for 10 hours+ a week of hanging for the best results. Like I said though, you need to reach fatigue when you hang. You really dont need to add much else to your routine for length gains. If you have the time to stretch for a few minutes here and there or every time you piss during the day, do that as well. It can only help.

On a side note, it quite frankly pisses me off when I see people refer to hanging as "easy" or "lazy Penis Enlargement". It is far from it. It is a very big test of mental endurance. It also requires more of a learning curve than any other type of Penis Enlargement, to truly master the art of hanging . Then again, I hang 12 sets or more a day monday through friday. Maybe it's because I do so much. :s
