I always feel my penis with pain and fatigue in the routines, have any way to get around this to make the exercise a maximum.

what routines? are you using any PE devices? when i have had discomfort when using the LM or an extender i had to work on my wrapping techniques
 
If not doing so already, use heat before you do your routine, heat pack or similar, helps keep everything loose and allows you to go harder. I know that's the case for me.
 
I am newbie and use too much force I so both hands to stretch

Well if you are into the stronger stretches you suggest you to get the Lengthmaster (click on the LM button and the link will take you to another page). This is by far the most intense stretch you can get! :)

That is the answer to all who are not getting anything from manual stretching, the LengthMaster will make any one gain.
