I have, after Jelqing about 600-700 times, started what I think may be a new technique. I grip the base pretty tight, then slowly slide the gripped area forward. The area in front of the grip is then massively engorged. This is different than jelqing in that I'm unable to go all the way down the shaft. Once I get to where the gripped area will not go any farther, usually 1/3 down the shaft, I reverse kegel and hold for 15 seconds. Can someone tell me what this is called? I hope I've described the technique clearly. After I do this my penis is amazingly pumped.

my mind does wonder off sometimes, but I'm usually pretty consistant. I try to use a cadence count to keep focused.

I also would like to know what this is good for, length or girth? I also get more spots on my glans after doing this.

works both, but more so girth from the midshaft up, continuing this consistantly without any hanging or anything will probably result in a baseball bat effect.

Yep.. This shit happened to me too. For girth workouts start from the BASE of your penis. Now my mid girth is bigger with about 0.1 than my base girth, but it`s obvious.
If you already have this problem, try using Red`s Constrictor and constrict only the part where you have a smaller girth. I`m gonna do this too.
