Hey DLD,I actually do need some really good advice if you can provide any for my particular situation. I made the big decision to get the Elist implant ( it’ll be a year next month on the 5th), I know you don’t have an implant, but have you helped anyone with getting the most out of there implant if so, can you give me some tips to get the most out of my implant?

How have you found the implant? could you give a write up of your experience, that led you to wanting it done, the process.

I have read allot of negative outcomes for the process tbh, but I guess it depends on the surgeon.

I’d prefer just to answer specific questions that’s a lot of writing LOL. Overall so far in my personal experience the implant is good to me. I did my best to take care of it by keeping it REALLY MOISTURIZED ( if you don’t the skin on your Penis will start peeling at first similar to having chapped lips and if you don’t attend to your skin at that point That’s when you’d really start entering the bad side of things)
and wearing the tubi grip post op and made sure i took all of you antibiotics it’s a must DO NOT SKIP A DAY. I personally didn’t touch my penis at all unless I was moisturizing it and putting the tubi grip on. I had my operation in March 2018 I didn’t have sex until late May 2018 to be on the safe side

I have never help somebody with this but you have given me a challenge that I will take up. Let me study a bit on this tonight so I can advise from educated point of view view. I love learning new things and I’m a very quick learner. Let me study a bit and I’ll get back to you with what I can do to help you. In the meantime hopefully somebody else with experience will come forward.

My questions is when you have an implant,does that mean that the flaccid penis is the length of you erect penis without a bend? Just straight without retraction?

And my second question is. How can an implant create length gain? I know it's easy to create girth because expansion on the side is easily to comprehend with implant. But what makes it grow to a more length then prior to the surgery?

Because there must be a lengthening in skin and tunica an other tissues within one day?

Or did the length came from a combination of implant with a ligament surgery

Yes your penis will be of the same size girth flaccid as erect. In a flaccid state bending is not a big deal but while erect definitely a bad idea.

A girth implant will not bring length you need to have ligament surgery for that. After ligament surgery they send you home with an extender. The reason being is you make new gains in erect size from the ligament surgery, you only gain and flaccid size. They give you an extender so you can gain erect length. Ligament surgery is a scam because the same games to be made in natural PE at no cost.

That's what I thought.

But the implant doesn't shrink. So for example when the implant is 8inch then your flaccid is 8inch, and that also is a straight 8inch with no bend. That's a 8inch pointing down or upward in flaccid state.

The implant has no brain to retract when your penis goes flaccid (maybe in future) but for now the implant has no movement to the left or right or bending etc or does it?

Ligament was not cut for this surgery the implant is sutured behind my glands and not sutured at the base because the implant will move forward in due time to create more length

Exactly. If we’re the opposite we’re true you would never gain length with any stability, it would be uneven and weak.

That’s all I really want is length... I don’t have any unrealistic expectations or anything but I’m like low 5’s I at least wanna be 6-6.5 I’d be happy with that and if I got 7 that’ll be excellent

That’s extremely realistic and very doable in a very short time. I suggest you start by making a routine in progress thread in the progress forum section. Be sure to list your sizes when starting in the size you want to be. You can also lay out your work out and what you plan to do and will be able to come in and help you refine that. The progress thread is so important to gaining and remaining consistent.
