Thank you for the new forum. Any of you who want to start a thread go ahead and do it. I will give it some thought and we can get started on this new venue. We can do a lot of encouragement and help one another. TennisNut is setting some kind of a goal, or something, won't measure for another week or so. I hope you beat any goal you have set and surprise yourself with the good progress you make. I will be waiting to hear the shout of progress. GS

I guess were like the movie Space Cowboys, old men put into space...:D There are issues that when we get older, the young have no idea on. What it takes to change old school thought. Lucky for the young ones.

mowinman, did you really gain 2 1/4" in the past year? what did you do? How did you do it, how long, how often? do you have before and after pics?
also, how old are you? does age have a lot to do with it....i am now 38, and 5 x 5.5 and have not really been able to get very hard/firm at all which has been frustrating for my wife....nor can i last long at all.......i have tried viagra and cialis....the cialis didn't work very well at all (20mg) but the viagra 100mg worked pretty good, i didn't get rock hard but firm enough for penetration....

your growth is impressive and encouraging.....between work, grad school (again) and coaching my boys sports games, etc when would i have time to make this thing longer and most of all (thicker - 7" would be nice thickness)....

whatever words of encouragement you might have....

Due to years of bad habits and stress, I too had some challenges maintaining an erection (I am 45 years young!). I could get it up, but it would not stay that way very long. In six weeks I reversed that, and can now stay hard as long as I need to (over two hours last Friday night!!!!!!!!!!) Here's what I did:

Kegals - DLD's PC routine. This is critical!!!!! Itis the foundation. I did the routine three times per day. When I started, I could not hold my kegal for the one minute at the end. Now I can hold it at least three minutes!!!!!

Jelqing - I am not using this as a girth exercise, as I do other things for that. I jelq at least 600 times per day at 70%-90% erect. I also am careful not to jelq too hard. Grip tight enough to encourage good blood flow and a slight expansion of the penis. Remember, I do this for penis health and circulation.

Exercise - Studies indicate that those that do some type of leg work have better circulation in the genital area. I walk at least two miles every day I can. Every other day I do weight work (squats, etc.).

Supplements - You can find tons of recommendations. However, I have been taking 1 multi vitamin with minerals for prostrate health, 500 mg niacin, 1000 mg l-arginine in the AM. In the PM, I take the multi vitamin and 2000 mg l-arginine.

ROP - After 4 weeks of the above things, my erections were much firmer, and I could maintain a 90% + erection for much longer than before. Three weeks I built a ROP. Within a week, my erections were rock hard and I was staying that way!!!!!!!!! My wife is loving it so much she has literally attacked me 8 nights in a row, and during the day Sat & Sun this past weekend!!!!!!!!!! Friday night we banged for over two hours!!!!!!!! Not bad for an old fart, huh?????

I am not saying this is the magic program for everyone. There are tons of Penis Enlargement gurus on this forum who can offer more info that me. However, it worked for me and I recommend at least giving it a try.

Hey Stiff4, what does it take to "build" an ROP? Where can I find the instructions? Does it require more than a zinz rod, a copper rod, and some latex tubing? Will vinyl tubing work as well? Does it help to fill the tubing with saline to provide an electrolyte path between the rods ? Sound like a simple battery, right? What sizes of material and where can they be found?

There are several "stickys" on the ROP. If I knew how to paste one here I would. Do a search for ROP, and follow Supra's thread. Yes, zinc, copper, and latex or silicon or vinyl tubing is fine. Supra has a link where you can order the materials, and it cost less than $10 to build. As far as filing it with saline, Supra has tested voltage all ways and saline does not seem to change voltage a significant amount to overcome the challenges of putting it in (keeping it from leaking, etc.).

Hey, I'm doing great.

My gains have been steady but I'm not measuring, just doing photo records for my own use (well, primarily for my own use).

Flaccid hang is fatter since ROP usage, as I've stated elsewhere. I'm happy about it, but would really like to goose up the cs and glans sizes. I know they're related so I'm looking into some workouts targeting that exclusively.
