Xulf thanks man. I hang now when I can which is about 2-3 days a week. Yes the fatigue is still coming at the lower weights. In fact I just put the hanger on with 13 1/2 pounds of weight. I can already tell that I will have to drop weight probably before the end of the next set. I am doing very intense stretchs all during the day to help keep the fatigue feeling. I do NOT have the luxury of 2-3 hours a night to reach fatigue. For those that do... go for it.
