Hey lately I have been having weak erections and quicker triggers. My schlong seems to be over sensitive and right after its done, its truly done! goes limp. I dont get much morning wood like before either.
I also have more groin fat than what I normally have.
I attribute this to not as good diet. Before I was having Protein powder and consistent exercise, but I have been financially in the hole
(negative 42 dollars in checking!! :( ) so I have surviving on instant noodle, frozen waffles and cold cuts.
My diet before was a bodybuilder 6 meal a day plan with balanced small portions, now protein is no longer available, at least till I get paid, (just started working, been out of work for a long time).
Yeah its true guys, your diet has 100% factor on your performance, health and the way you look and feel. Well, at least for now I dont have a GF to use money for, or to please.

Wow I guess nothing is gonna fix this until i get paid and clean up my diet,eh?

try after you ejaculate or do pe take a cold shower on your groin area for like 5 minutes. trust me, it will help a lot.

I have been noticing that wearing my foreskin restoration devices, it keeps the head protected and very nice and supple. And my erections have been off the chart.

if you dont like that idea, anytime you want you can try showering cold water on it for a minute then hot water for 3 minutes and alternate like that for 3 or 4 times (end with cold for a minute), its a proven method for stimulating better circulation to any area of the body.

I do this all the time nowadays after a workout, girth or length (I haven't done any Penis Enlargementing in a while, though. Strategic deconditioning is the name of the game). It really does stimulate bloodflow better than just heating, and the circulation stays good for quite a while.

i know! people are so hesitant to try it, but if you do man its a revolution you feel great, youll feel like you didnt even masturbate of just did pe, everything heals up quicker and better and your erections get a ton better.

Yeah I do, thats when I started worrying. Its weak during this time. Also maybe my stress lately has played into it. Erections are halfway during masturbation and quickly leave after a quick cum session (not normal of me) My small size is made up for longer lasting sessions. Its been my practice for a while
maybe:
I am working long hours doing manual labor with less and less sleep too. I just started doing that last week til now., got another interview for job on monday that is office work, hope they hire me so I can leave this other one! but what to say to employer that just hired me? Hydromaxm

So stress+ less sleep+ bad diet since being broke, +lesser exercise 2x a week rather than 5-6

well Ok actually sometimes its 90% on whacking, but thats only shortly. As I type this in a few secs, the erection goes down all the way! so it doesnt stay long
