Over the past few months I have been traveling a ton and consequently drinking a ton and now I am noticing my libido is decreasing and my erections are weak. Obviously, the drinking is over, but what can I take to ramp my system back up and get more testosterone flowing again?

Does jelqing increase erection strength?

Supplements?

Stay clear of alcohol, it will reap havoc on EQ and it is addictive and will destroy many lives. If you need a safe release smoke some grass. Get yourself back on track with the Penis Enlargement, flood your system with water and electrolytes (grab a case of gatoraide). Start a daily kegel routine to help speed the eq recovery time.

Hello,

Try tribulus for a supplement.

After about 2 weeks of using my Andropenis I noticed my erections were alot firmer, so if you have a good extender use it and you should be right in no time. Derfinitely get some tribulus though.

i am surprised you are not trying to push your extender....I love banning assholes

Depending on your age, I'd suggest getting your hormone levels checked. Don't go to a run of the mill M.D. for this. You want to see an endocrinologist. You will probably need a referral from your Dr. At least, your Dr. can point you in the right direction to one, most likely. Endos' specialize in blood hormone levels and such for men and women. Any man over 30 is actually potentially at risk for low testosterone levels. That may be part of your problem, it happens as we age. Alcohol also lowers testosterone.

It may be as simple as low testosterone, or something else is out of wack hormonally.

Excellent post Still.

Nice stuff Still.

For the guy who said take trib? Dont listen to that! If you take a trib supp and you dont lift weights, you will break out with alot of acne on your back & face. Trib is some good shit. Most EQ drugs have a tad in them but straight trib will turn you into a asshole REAL FAST! It boost your test nicely!

there are excersize techniques to boost T

try benching more weight than usual for 3 or 4 reps

zinc increases T

i dont think like heavy forceful jelquing helps, it may actually hurt EQ, but i find that really light jelquing helps my EQ.

kegals will do much much more than any pill or excersize

If you do have low testosterone levels the doctor will prescribe something to eq those levels.

LMAO I'm not going to go searching for that info, but lifting does not increase your T levels as much as you think they do.

It increases test for a few hours than drops lower than normal than slowly goes back to your normal levels. I have no clue where you found that info but it is wrong.

If you want some quality Test supplements I can help you with a few.

I have been on Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for the past 3 years. At 50, I have been something of a bodybuilder for the past 35 years. I initially got involved in HRT as a way of getting legal steroids (never used any steroids prior) to enhance my workouts. While testing, I learned that despite my A personality and perhaps too much machismo, I did in fact have low test levels.

The Endo prescribed a testosterone cream that I apply to my non-hairy parts 3 times a day. The results are amazing and I will never again go low on test. Check into this if you do not have a prostate issue. If you do....no can do.

The good: I feel 25 years old...and act it. My wife is 27 and can't keep up with my libido (which was always rather high anyway...you'd have to see the Mrs. to fully understand:). I have stamina..well, like a 25 year old. I still have to watch the mid-section, the fat don't come off like it used to, but despite those that argue this, I know there is a muscle building going on that I have not had in several years. Many say that because of the smallish doses, no anabolic benefits are there. That's hogwash. In case anyone is wondering, I've had (almost) zero negative side-affects. No temper, no pimples, no hairy back or loss of head hair.

The Bad? My balls have indeed shrunk ever so slightly. I notice, the wife SAYS she don't. All good. I am not getting the enhanced wood that I anticipated. Despite the wife's KO looks and performance, I fear that I am slightly jaded and I think work-related stress has hurt me in this department. I use Viagra on weekends and sorta' give her 75% wood the other 10 times during the week. Hopefully your life is less stressful than mine and test will give you the wood you deserve.

That's it. My first post and I'm already rambling. Don't hesitate to ask questions, I'll be happy to answer what I can. Aloha.

A weak erection is caused by insufficient blood flow to the penile sponge-like tissues. When it doesn’t get a high enough level of blood flow, the penis cannot expand fully. Also, if the sponge tissues can’t hold the blood, this also restrains the penis from growing to its full size. There are a variety of factors that can cause the arteries and veins to constrict and reduce blood flow. Notably, smoking and a high fat diet contribute to reduction of blood flow. Venous leaking brought on by a penile injury can keep a penis from holding blood flow, even sufficient flow, and this can also cause a weak erection and low libido. There are other reasons why a man might suffer from weak erections; any medications such as depression medication, illegal drug usage such as marijuana smoking.
Herbs Useful to Overcome Weak Erection:

Safed Musli: (Chlorophytum arundinaceum) It very effective in increasing male potency and is considered as an alternative to Viagra. The roots are widely used as a natural "sex tonic" and is an integral part of more than 100 herbal drug formulations. By virtue of being a herb, Safed Musli has been found to be an ideal aphrodisiac with no negative side-effects associated with chemical-based aphrodisiac

Shilajit: (Asphaltum purificata) Shilajit is a natural extract from the Himalaya rocks, which contains plenty of iron, and 49 other valuable minerals. Shilajit increases the core energy responsible for your sexual and spiritual power. Shilajit in India, is an aphrodisiac. It is well known that Shilajit would return the libido of people to a level of teenagers.
What more you can do to overcome Weak Erection?

Every time you go to the restroom and begin to urinate, stop your urine stream midway and hold it in for as long as you can. Then release, allowing your urine stream to flow freely once again. Repeat several times (at least 5) during each visit to the restroom.

Stop taking the medicines that are in fact causing weak erection.

IMPORTANT

The Bathmate treats EQ problems. Lose the belly fat, this converts any testosterone into the female sex hormorne estrogen. Also dont drink tap water, it has estrogens in it, drink mineral water. this will give you more energy too as it increases electrolytes.

For real? There is estrogen in tap water? That is crazy!

i have been taking T shots for about 6 months. They are awesome except that your T peaks in about 3 days and by the time the next shot is due, your levels are low. The creams are a hassle. My urologist has suggested using T implants. Several tiny pellets are inserted in the hip and lowly dissolve and release T for the next 6 months. T levels are kept steady and daily creams or bi weekly shots eliminated. Will be doing this in the near future.

Have you noticed a big change since you started T-therapy?

Can't get enough pussy. Feel good. Dropped a few pounds. Focus and concentration improved. Generally feel 30 - 35 again and I'll be 50 this year. There is now a study underway to determine if T therapy retards the negatives of aging in men over 65.
