Bumping this old thread because I ordered a brake bleeder that comes with the trap. Just wondering if anyone had success with it? I would think it would just suck all the water out of the cylinder and dump it in the trap and end up air pumping.

If you tilt the cylinder as vertically as possible and then start pumping, you should be sucking-out all the air that collected at the top and are left with un-compressible water surrounding your d!ck...that would optimize what you're attempting, (I think)

This gives me an idea but I'm not sure how to pull it off.

Give it a shot and report back.

I will definitely try out once I get used to regular pumping and let you guys know how it went.

Thanks for the testing!

I have been using water in regular air pump for years, and results are fantastic! I also add few drops of food oil to minimize friction. A high quality Fröhle Gmbh pistolpump, a standard sylinder and a donut silicone seal are my weapons of choice.

I pity the fool who uses only regular air pump

NOTE: If you add oil into the water, then you must always clean the silicone seal with soap after the exercise.

Yeah. IMO air pumping is less a mess though

Waiting my Brother!

Sorry guys got a little side track, will try as soon as possible and let yall know. Thanks for the tips Juhox!

OK, looking forward.

I've used . the brake bleeder with the in-line trap to prevent water from entering my pistol grip pump

If water got into it, the internal carbon spring would quickly rust out

You'd have to drain, dry and regrease the spring otherwise it will rust up

But brother, surely you want to use a proper pistol pump, e.g. the following that is immune to water: View attachment 32714

20 minutes of pulse pumping, water in regular tube, supplemented with 10 minutes of manual stretching with rubber glove, circular motion, are my secrets for success

My routines go on for hours of squeezing the pistol grip, literally thousands of times each session.

I had a mighty vac - white model, which had one of the legs of the grip split at the body.
I epoxied it twice to double its thickness and it keeps breaking.

The all metal grips hold up well to my onslaughts.

Replace springs with stainless steel springs and this issue will disappear.

Here is a picture of my own pump that I use for water pumping:

Ordered 3 metre of high quality silicone tube along with two water traps which will be used in sequence. The pump from Macho Man is good but once you move to the expensive cylinders there is no way you would go back.

That means once the plastic Mityvac breaks down I will go for the metal version?

We have never had one break.

I received my package and started experimenting right away. Now I have two water traps and plenty of tubing. It is not easy but I expected that already. If you have too much water in the cylinder you have to fill the water traps and then empty them before continuing. But everytime you reconnect the tube, you will have a lot of air coming into the cylinder because the volume of the water traps is quite high. So less water is required. I have to get aquainted to this. The difference between air pumping is not noticeable for me but since so many people say that waterpumping is better, I will continue with this.
