Do not make the mistake of sneezing or coughing while wearing the Bib (or any other) hanger . OUCH!!! Did both this am and it was not pleasant to say the least. The last couple times I removed the tension by lifting up on the weights till the sneezing subsided.
Yeah, I sometimes do small coughs while hanging (on purpose) just to get the feeling of the ligs stretched. Another thing I do is lay completely down and do a revese kegel then rise slowly. You can really feel it! Found this stuff out by coughing, oooooowies!
