warmup - heat method

Hi All,

Quick q i need some help with. I need to find the best way for me to warm up the old trousersnake before beginning workouts. To make a long story short, i dont have access to hot water easily first thing in the morning, and the microwave is fu*&ed so i can't heat anything there.

I saw the mention of a heating pad elsewhere and think thats the way to go. I`d obviously want one thats re-useable, wont burn my weiner, and thoroughly gets the job done.

Anyone know anywhere I could get one? I`ve seen one-use only heating pads for sports injuries and stuff...in my minds eye I need a really small electric blanket type device or similar.

Any thoughts appreciated !!!!:confused:


Well personally, I have never used a "hot wrap " before Penis Enlargement. Now, when I was hanging weights I would use a hot rice sock for the first half of every 20 minute set of hanging . I've made good gains from non hanging Penis Enlargement without weight. I think the decision to use heat is entirely up to you but, not a necessary step. After all, it's an extra 5 or more minutes you could be doing Penis Enlargement. Just my opinions.


Having gained considerably in the last few months ,I will also say that I do not use a hot wrap . Some think it helps keep bruising to a minimum but for me the few times i used it I did not see any benifit from it.

Personally, I use one of those multi-purpose packs that one can freeze, or zap in the microwave. It serves the purpose, but I guess that doesn't help you if your microwave is in bad shape.

Heating Pad: A conventional heating pad works very well for warm-up. You can pick one up for under $14.00 and they create the perfect heating supply for warm-up. Wrap your penis in the heating pad, plug it in, set a comfortable temperature and relax for 10-15 minutes.

Hot Wrap: A hot wrap is a quicker, less expensive way to warm-up. With a standard washcloth fill you sink or tub with hot water . Soak washcloth until hot and wrap penis. Re-soak rag as it cools. This process should be done for about 5 minutes.

Oil rub Warm-up: With some basic baby oil heat in hot water or microwave very quickly (making sure it is not burning hot) when desired heat is reached work this oil into your penis in a deep massage. This massage should last 5 minutes.

Hot Tub, Shower or Bath: A warm-up can also be done in one of the previously mentioned places. If time allows a nice 10 minute soak really loosens things up and prepares you for exercise.

damned if i can find any, anywhere <:(

the other options are out for me.
cheers DLD, they dont ship to my part of the world but using the brand name i managed to find something comparable locally.
