Here is my situation. I work in the afternoon and I have to stop everything to get ready to leave at 3:00 p.m. I get home about 2:30-3:00 a.m., as I have a decent commute. I really want to get into a steady routine rather than just do some sporadic exercises as I have been doing.

For time purposes, I have thought of doing the warm-up and my stretches in the morning when I wake and then doing my jelqs at night when I get home. My thinking is that warming up is going to be more important for stretching than for jelqing , but let me know if I have it backwards. Can I get away with skipping the warm-up at night when I'll jelq ?

The plan is to do stretching in all directions in the morning. This will be followed by kegel work which I can do at my desk. I'll keep a little piece of paper where I can check off sets and ensure I'll get an adequate amount of work. Then, as mentioned, I figured I could jelq at night when I get home. For a beginner, am I better off with dry or wet jelqs and at what pace?

Feedback would be most appreciated. I didn't post this in the routines section because I mainly want to focus on the importance of the warm-up/warm-down and scheduling issues. Some of you guys do an incredible amount of work each day, so I know I'm not the only person that will have to break-up his routine, even as basic as it may be, into sections.

From a previous post alot of the MoS members said they never really warm up or down, yet they have made amazing gains. I myself warm up and down with a hot wrap before i do my stretching and then again before i do my jelq session and then at the end of the jelq session. The reason i do this is because i feel it helps the ligs become more flexible and therefor i can get better more intense stretches done without any pain. So in my opinion doing a warm up/down before/after your stretching session would be the best thing to do.
if you don't have time to warm up and down later on when you do your jelqs then try and do afew kegals to get the blood flowing well. I only hot-wrap before and after jelqs because i fell in encourages more blood into my penis. Heres what i would do.....

*Warm up ( then stretching ) warm down
*kegal work in the day
*100 kegals (or whatever suits you) before you jelq session
*Also hot-wrap when ever possible as its meant to help the healing process of the penis.

PS im not telling you to do that and i didn't mean to sound pushy, this is just my opinion.

It might not be the best but it works for me, so far.

Like you I have ZERO extra time in my life!!!

In the shower before work I take my shower 15 min + or - and then before I get out I do my stretching and the warmup is just taking the shower . I then kegel my way to work, then while at work I *try* to get some dry jelqs in ( ususally dosent happen. But I do some kind of added stretching . The kegel my way back home and do my 600 Vaseline jelqs at night. And so far it works like a charm!!!

The strangest thing in my Penis Enlargement career is when I had the least amount of free time is when I spent the most time Penis Enlargement'ing. At one time I did work a normal job with my family. My average workweek was about 70 hours. At this time I was also very active with 4 free forums. I really had no extra time to commit to Penis Enlargement. I read something from a hardcore Penis Enlargement vet around this time and it stuck with me. He said "Penis Enlargement should be a major priority in your life. If you have no time get up 1 hour early, go to bed one hour later....No matter what get your pe in. If you want a bigger penis it is going to take some sacrifice but the rewards are very sweet."

Hey, I think I said that! LOL, I have told newer guys that though. When they say things like "I just dont have ANY time".

I realize it's ultimately going to come down to a time commitment on my part, but I think it's manageable.

DLD, concerning the jelqs at night, should they be wet or dry? Also, quick jelqs , or slow paced? Anything else or is this good to start?
