Can you warm up with just your bare hands? Or is that unsafe?

You can warm up by just starting off exercising lightly and progressively build up to your maximum. You can even do some deep tissue massage for a few minutes that would be a proper warm up.

yeah need to try that,,sometimes i just get bored of warming up evrytime!!

This ^^^

I used to do a 5 to 10 minute hot washcloth warmup when I was very very newb, and nothing wrong with it, but (if I count showers and hot tubs too) spent probably 98% of my PE career doing exactly what DLD just described. It increases pliability (yielding, suppleness) somewhat by working out some of the micro-adhesions trauma of the last session (tearing down tissue on the micro level is how you influence it to change itself, massaging those adhesions back out is how you free it up faster to be able to) , and it gets more bloodflow going.

There was an article from last year that said if you warm body tissues up to a range of heat between 104 and 115 degrees Fahrenheit then the tissue's collagens become easier to manipulate, vs an unwarmed state. That probably is better, but not doing it is a proven path too if you don't have the time or facilities (sink, bath, hot water, privacy, etc) available whenever you want to get in a workout. DLD had just mentioned a past member recently who did a lot of his length work while driving a truck, iirc. More opportunities for more workouts (and then some occasional time off too) is a common theme in PE success stories, so definitely don't let inconvenience of a 'better way' hold you back by limiting the frequency/amount of work that you actually get in.

How do you do the deep massage anyways? And what about the rice sock, how long is that supposed to be?

Deep massage is using your fingers to massage your flaccid penis. You can include heat if you like or oils. A rice sock is a sock you fill with rice that you microwave to heat it for warm ups. Do not make it too hot or you will burn yourself. The rice is good because it retains the heat for a good long time.

Thanks i meant how long do i do the rice sock warm up for. And thank you for the deep massage explination.

Warm up should be 5-15 minutes, or tbh as I keep saying, as long, or brief, as you feel your body needs it.

Be aware of how your body is responding. Sometimes I think I'm going to do heatwork for a long time and my body wants to get on with training so I finish well before my usual duration. Other times I begin what I think will be a brief heat-session and I don't feel 'done' before half an hour of heatwork.

I know you wanted some experienced idea on duration but in reality that is how the body will be. As you get more of a feel for your body you'll get a sharper sense of what is best for it, day to day. *That* is how you get the most out of it. Working WITH, rather than ON your body.

Example, what if I posted this:
I'm hungry, I read on here that eating stuff is good for that. What should I eat and how much?

i have realized there is looooads of difference with a warm towel warm up and other ways.......when i do it with a towel my ligaments are very very loose , better blood flow and if there is any fluid after PE it goes away also if i have any pinching or tingling feeling after PE that also goes away...
i feel warm touwl helps in healing

It does.
It increases the rate of most biochemical processes, because the higher energy increases the rate at which reactions take place in the cells.

Funny Shit:)

you need to understand how your penis feels.for example when sometimes i wear tight underwears and its cald outside when i try to pe after that i feel my penis turtled you dont hung that much.that the only then i have to use warm towel or something like that to start or i feel that i will hurt my self.on the other hand when i dont wear underwear and its warm maybe when you feel a little horny-aroused,you feel your cock have a nice blood flow, i dont need any warmup.maybe 1-2 min stretch or my fav one from dld where you grap the base of your penis and strech it.good for girth and length warmup

depends......we are warm blooded .....so to increase blood flow to something any warm thing will do....more bloodflow is faster recovery and faster growth......plus the towel helps in healing and prevents water retention

This would be the reason we use a hot compress to warm up and down, it brings more blood to the warm areas.

You can warm up with 5 mins of wet jelq. You can warm up by easing into your session. You can also warm up be sitting under your shower in the bathroom. You can warm up by using a piece of cloth soaked in warm water to warm your penis.

There are too many ways. You can warm up with your hands by gently pulling and gently stretching your penis for 5 mins.
